【摘要】：近年來，世界各國在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的同時，碳排放增加引起的氣候惡化現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重，因此各國在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的同時，爭相將保護(hù)環(huán)境列入了日程，，低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)就是在這一時代背景下應(yīng)運而生的。低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)是一種低能耗、低污染、低排放的新型發(fā)展模式，低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要特點是一方面促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，另一方面則不增加環(huán)境的污染，是一種可持續(xù)發(fā)展方式，發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)是將世界各地經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展引向良性循環(huán)的重要路徑。 本文的研究重點是圍繞著低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行的，文章首先介紹了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)涵、影響因素，隨后分析了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式的相關(guān)概念，在對相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建了以發(fā)展理念、發(fā)展手段、發(fā)展保障為核心的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理論模式框架，并以此框架作為基礎(chǔ)建立了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的評價指標(biāo)體系，對藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)的低碳發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了實證分析。本文的研究對象是藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)，文章結(jié)合藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)三個不同的地域組合，把臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)劃分成三個經(jīng)濟(jì)帶，分別是沿海高端臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)帶、黃河三角洲臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)帶、魯南臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)帶，趨于研究的可行性，本文以各個區(qū)域重點港口城市為研究對象，并把上海作為參照物，比較了五個港口城市的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，分析了各臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)帶臨港城市在發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)中存在的問題，并提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。論文的研究對其他地區(qū)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式的研究同樣有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, countries in the world in the development of economy at the same time, increasing carbon emissions caused by the increasingly serious phenomenon of climate degradation, so countries in the development of the economy, while competing to protect the environment on the agenda. Low carbon economy is a new development model with low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission. The main characteristic of low carbon economy development is to promote economic development on the one hand. On the other hand, it is a kind of sustainable development mode that does not increase the pollution of the environment. The development of low-carbon economy is an important way to lead the development of the world economy to the virtuous circle. The research focus of this paper is around the low-carbon economy, the article first introduces the connotation of low-carbon economy, influencing factors, and then analyzes the concept of low-carbon economy development model. On the basis of the analysis of related concepts, this paper constructs a theoretical framework of low-carbon economy development with the core of development concept, development means and development guarantee. On the basis of this framework, the evaluation index system of low-carbon economy is established, and the low-carbon development of the port industry in the blue economic zone is empirically analyzed. The research object of this paper is the port industry in the blue economic zone. Combined with three different regional combinations of the blue economic zone, the paper divides the port industry into three economic zones, namely, the high-end coastal port industrial belt, the Yellow River Delta port industrial belt, and the southern Shandong port industrial belt. Tend to the feasibility of the study, this paper takes each regional key port city as the research object, and takes Shanghai as the reference, compares the low-carbon economic development of the five port cities. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of low-carbon economy in the port cities of each port industrial belt, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The research in this paper is also useful for the study of the development mode of low-carbon economy in other regions.
