【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融改革的不斷深化,金融業(yè)已經(jīng)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域緊密聯(lián)系,并且呈現(xiàn)出越來越強(qiáng)的影響力,而金融業(yè)作為獨(dú)立的服務(wù)業(yè)部門,同時(shí)也為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長直接作出貢獻(xiàn),目前發(fā)達(dá)國家的金融服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)值約占國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)的15%-20%,研究金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系具有非常重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。對于廣西這樣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平相對滯后的省區(qū),銀行業(yè)在支撐地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)方面發(fā)揮著不可替代的重要作用。近年來,中國-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)的快速發(fā)展,北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的建設(shè)力度逐步加大,越來越多的發(fā)展機(jī)遇在廣西的同期疊加,國家給予的推動(dòng)廣西發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目越來越多,廣西的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨著前所未有的重大機(jī)遇。與此同時(shí),廣西銀行業(yè)同樣呈現(xiàn)了令人驚喜的發(fā)展趨勢,存貸款規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,資源整合能力持續(xù)增強(qiáng),綜合競爭力穩(wěn)步提高,為廣西區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和發(fā)展建設(shè)提供了有力的金融支撐。本文借鑒國內(nèi)外關(guān)于銀行業(yè)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長關(guān)系的相關(guān)理論和實(shí)證分析的研究成果,采用1985—2011年的年度數(shù)據(jù),利用ADF檢驗(yàn)、Johansen協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)、格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)、基于VAR模型的脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)和方差分解技術(shù)等計(jì)量方法,對廣西區(qū)的銀行業(yè)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。結(jié)論認(rèn)為,從長期來看,金融相關(guān)比率(FIR)代表的銀行業(yè)資產(chǎn)規(guī)模指標(biāo)的提高對促進(jìn)投資形成與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有正面的推動(dòng)作用,銀行業(yè)效率指標(biāo)(EFF)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系則并不顯著。最后,基于前文的比較和計(jì)量研究,對進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)廣西未來的經(jīng)濟(jì)金融發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's economic and financial reform, the financial industry has been closely linked with various fields of the real economy, and has shown more and more strong influence, and the financial industry as an independent service sector. At the same time, it also contributes directly to economic growth. At present, the output value of financial services in developed countries accounts for 15-20% of GDP. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the relationship between financial development and economic growth. For a province such as Guangxi, where the level of economic development is relatively lagging, the banking industry is supporting the local economic development. In recent years, with the rapid development of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, the construction of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has gradually increased. More and more development opportunities in the same period of Guangxi superimposed, the state gives more and more key projects to promote the development of Guangxi, Guangxi's economic development is facing unprecedented important opportunities. Guangxi banking industry also presents a surprising trend of development, the scale of deposits and loans continue to expand, the ability to integrate resources continues to strengthen, and the comprehensive competitiveness is steadily improved. It provides a powerful financial support for the economic growth and construction of Guangxi. This paper draws lessons from domestic and foreign research results on the relationship between banking development and economic growth related theory and empirical analysis. Using the annual data from 1985 to 2011, using the ADF test Johansen cointegration test, Granger causality test. Based on the impulse response function and variance decomposition of VAR model, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the development of the banking industry and economic growth in Guangxi. The conclusion is that in the long run, the relationship between the development of the banking industry and economic growth is studied. The improvement of the index of banking asset size represented by FIR) has a positive effect on promoting investment formation and economic growth. The relationship between the efficiency index (EFF) and real economic growth is not significant. Finally, based on the previous comparative and econometric research. Some suggestions are put forward to further promote the future economic and financial development of Guangxi.
