【摘要】：自從習(xí)近平總書記在2013年9月和10月分別提出建設(shè)"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"和"21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路"(簡稱"一帶一路")的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想以來,"一帶一路"概念日漸深入人心,在國際國內(nèi)產(chǎn)生了廣泛影響,理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)成果豐碩。"一帶一路"是一個(gè)長期性的大戰(zhàn)略,其根本意義在于通過絲綢之路和海上絲綢之路的建設(shè)支持周邊國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,同時(shí)加快中國與這些國家之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)融合,形成新的長期增長的動力。"一帶一路"建設(shè)順應(yīng)了時(shí)代要求和各國加快發(fā)展的愿望,提供了一個(gè)包容性巨大的發(fā)展平臺,能夠把快速發(fā)展的中國經(jīng)濟(jì)同沿線國家的利益結(jié)合起來,有利于我國擴(kuò)大和深化對外開放,形成海陸統(tǒng)籌、東西互濟(jì)、面向全球的開放新格局。當(dāng)前,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)正處于發(fā)展新常態(tài)階段,如何利用"一帶一路"建設(shè)機(jī)遇促進(jìn)我國的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與發(fā)展是關(guān)乎國計(jì)民生、社會長久健康發(fā)展的大計(jì),需要全國人民的共同努力,尤其離不開專家學(xué)者見微知著和高屋建瓴式的群策群力,基于此,本期圍繞相關(guān)主題,邀請部分專家發(fā)表高見,以期對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展能有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Since General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategic conception of "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21th century Maritime Silk Road" ("Belt and Road") on September 2013 and October, respectively. The concept of "Belt and Road" is getting more and more popular and has produced extensive influence at home and abroad. The theory and reality have been fruitful. "Belt and Road" is a long-term strategy. Its fundamental significance lies in supporting the economic development of the neighboring countries through the construction of the Silk Road and the Maritime Silk Road, and at the same time speeding up the economic integration between China and these countries. "Belt and Road" construction conforms to the requirements of the times and the desire of all countries to accelerate development, and provides an inclusive and huge development platform. The ability to combine the rapidly developing Chinese economy with the interests of the countries along the route is conducive to China's opening wider and deeper to the outside world, forming a new pattern of opening up to the outside world. China's economic construction is in the new normal stage of development. How to make use of the opportunity of "Belt and Road" construction to promote the regional economic cooperation and development of our country is a great plan related to the national economy and the people's livelihood and the healthy development of the society for a long time. Need the joint efforts of the people of the whole country, especially can not do without experts and scholars micro-knowledge and strategic collective efforts, based on this, this issue around the relevant themes, invited some experts to express their views. With a view to China's economic and social development can benefit.
