【摘要】：2008年底的全球金融危機(jī)以及近來歐債危機(jī)的爆發(fā)，不斷地引發(fā)人們對國際貨幣體系改革的關(guān)注和思考。布雷頓森林體系崩潰之后，國際貨幣呈現(xiàn)多元化格局，但是美元的中心地位并沒有根本動搖。由于美國的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位，美元不僅是美國的國家貨幣，還是現(xiàn)行國際貨幣制度中的關(guān)鍵貨幣，具有雙重地位和作用。美國在制定經(jīng)濟(jì)政策時主要考慮美元作為國家通貨的作用，但是卻忽視了其“量化寬松”貨幣政策對全球通貨膨脹和國際匯率變動的巨大沖擊，也忽視了對諸如中國等發(fā)展中國家和新興市場國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響。在此背景下，，估算美國貨幣供應(yīng)量的規(guī)模，探討美國貨幣供給沖擊的影響機(jī)制，將有助于我們分析美元國際供應(yīng)量的變動對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。 本文采用理論和數(shù)據(jù)、圖表相結(jié)合的方法，從理論出發(fā)，用數(shù)字和圖表說話，研究美元沖擊對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。 文章首先介紹美元本位制下美元供給的機(jī)制，并在此基礎(chǔ)上估算出美元國際供應(yīng)量。然后從美元環(huán)流的角度分析美元沖擊的影響機(jī)制，并用此來分析美元沖擊引發(fā)的次貸危機(jī)。接著從美元沖擊的影響實例出發(fā)，研究了美元沖擊對中美貿(mào)易差額、我國通貨膨脹、外匯儲備、匯率以及經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。最后在前述分析以及對比分析日本、德國應(yīng)對本幣升值的基礎(chǔ)上，提出我國應(yīng)該調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)和完善境外資本流入、擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、以及積極推進(jìn)國際貨幣制度改革等策略。
[Abstract]:In end of 2008, the global financial crisis and the recent outbreak of European debt crisis, people continue to arouse attention to the reform of the international monetary system and thinking. After the collapse of the Bretton Woods system. The international currency presents a diversified pattern, but the central position of the dollar is not fundamentally shaken. Because of the economic status of the United States, the dollar is not only the national currency of the United States, but also the key currency in the current international monetary system. The United States mainly considers the role of the dollar as the national currency when making economic policy. But it ignores the huge impact of its "quantitative easing" monetary policy on global inflation and changes in international exchange rates. It also ignores the impact on the economic development of developing and emerging market countries such as China. In this context, we estimate the size of the money supply in the United States and explore the impact mechanism of the impact of US money supply shocks. It will help us to analyze the impact of the changes in the international supply of US dollars on our economy. This paper studies the impact of US dollar impact on China's economy by means of theory, data, and charts, starting from theory, and using figures and charts to study the impact of the impact of US dollar shocks on China's economy.
