【摘要】：能源資源的短缺和環(huán)境污染的產(chǎn)生是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中的一個必然現(xiàn)象，然而，這一現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)影響到經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長和大眾的生活質(zhì)量。為此，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展目標(biāo)必須從單一的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻?jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。要達(dá)到這個目標(biāo)，就需要研究產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的自然資源和環(huán)境約束。 甘肅省作為我國西北傳統(tǒng)的省份，其產(chǎn)業(yè)屬于典型的二元結(jié)構(gòu)特征，即農(nóng)業(yè)水平低，工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)以高能耗的重化工業(yè)為主，如何通過調(diào)整現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷降低能耗，從而促進(jìn)其經(jīng)濟(jì)健康快速地發(fā)展，是甘肅省迫切需要解決的問題。本文根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)的相關(guān)理論，采用定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法，深入分析了甘肅產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、能源消耗的基本情況，甘肅產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與能源消耗變動的相關(guān)關(guān)系，甘肅各產(chǎn)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)情況，，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出基于能源效率視角的甘肅產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的方向。
[Abstract]:Generation of energy resources shortage and environmental pollution is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of economic development, however, this phenomenon has affected the economic growth and people's quality of life. Therefore, the economic development goal must be from a single economic growth into sustainable economic development. To achieve this goal, natural resources and environmental constraints need to study the optimization of the industrial structure.
Gansu province is China's traditional northwest provinces, its industrial structure belongs to the typical characteristics of two yuan, the low level of agricultural industry with high energy consumption, heavy chemical industry, how to adjust the existing industrial structure to reduce the energy consumption, so as to promote the healthy and rapid economic development, Gansu province is an urgent need to solve the problem in this paper. According to the theory of industrial structure evolution, with the quantitative and qualitative methods, in-depth analysis of Gansu industrial structure, the basic situation of the relationship between energy consumption, industrial structure and energy consumption change in Gansu, the contribution of industry to the economy of Gansu, based on the adjustment of industrial structure in Gansu based on the perspective of energy efficiency the direction.
