【摘要】：學(xué)者對虛擬經(jīng)濟的研究興起于1997年亞洲金融風(fēng)暴，虛擬經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生于實體經(jīng)濟，寄生于實體經(jīng)濟，它的發(fā)展壯大，給實體經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域帶來了新的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。虛擬經(jīng)濟與實體經(jīng)濟共同構(gòu)成了現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟運行體系，它們就像經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)的“兩條腿”，缺一不可。 隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的融合程度越來越深，各國的金融深化與金融自由化自覺與不自覺的向深度推進，虛擬經(jīng)濟的規(guī)模日前已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過實體經(jīng)濟。虛擬經(jīng)濟對實體經(jīng)濟的作用具有“兩面性”，發(fā)展的得當(dāng)能夠促進實體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，若過度膨脹將會給實體經(jīng)濟造成巨大的負(fù)面沖擊。國務(wù)院辦公廳發(fā)布的《關(guān)于金融支持經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)型升級的指導(dǎo)意見》明確要求，發(fā)展虛擬經(jīng)濟的目的是為了服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟。本文的研究目的在于通過對虛擬經(jīng)濟與實體經(jīng)濟互動發(fā)展關(guān)系的研究，為虛擬經(jīng)濟更好的服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟提供一些政策建議。 本文首先通過文獻綜述將國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對虛擬經(jīng)濟與實體經(jīng)濟關(guān)系的研究成果做一個梳理；其次，，在理論上對虛擬經(jīng)濟與實體經(jīng)濟關(guān)系進行分析，實體經(jīng)濟是虛擬經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ)，二者之間的平衡發(fā)展能相互促進，二者之間若產(chǎn)生過度背離，將會對彼此產(chǎn)生消極的影響；再次，通過實證對我國虛擬經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和我國股市是否與實體經(jīng)濟背離進行研究，結(jié)果表明我國虛擬經(jīng)濟仍處于成長期，發(fā)展?jié)摿薮�。我國股市并沒有背離實體經(jīng)濟，而是呈長期均衡的關(guān)系；最后，為我國虛擬經(jīng)濟更好的服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟提出了一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:The research on virtual economy arose in 1997 in the Asian financial storm. Virtual economy emerged from the real economy, parasitic on the real economy, its development and growth. It brings new opportunities and challenges to the real economy field. The virtual economy and the real economy constitute the modern economic operation system together. They are like the "two legs" of the economic system. With the deepening of the integration of economic globalization, the financial deepening and financial liberalization in various countries are advancing consciously and unconsciously. The scale of virtual economy has exceeded the real economy far before. The virtual economy has two sides to the real economy, and the proper development of virtual economy can promote the development of real economy. If excessive expansion will cause a huge negative impact on the real economy. The State Council General Office issued the "Financial support for economic restructuring and transformation and upgrading" clear requirements. The purpose of developing virtual economy is to serve the real economy. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between virtual economy and real economy. For the virtual economy to better serve the real economy to provide some policy recommendations. In this paper, first of all, through the literature review, scholars at home and abroad on the virtual economy and the real economy research results to do a comb; Secondly, the theoretical analysis of the relationship between virtual economy and real economy, the real economy is the basis of virtual economy, the balanced development between the two can promote each other, if there is excessive deviation between the two. Will have a negative impact on each other; Thirdly, through empirical research on the development of virtual economy in China and whether the stock market deviates from the real economy, the result shows that the virtual economy of our country is still in the growing period. China's stock market does not deviate from the real economy, but has a long-term equilibrium relationship; Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward for our virtual economy to serve the real economy better.
