【摘要】：以信息化為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)，帶動(dòng)工業(yè)進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)變，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的大幅度跨越發(fā)展，是我國(guó)的十二五計(jì)劃以來經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的指導(dǎo)原則。信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開信息化，信息產(chǎn)業(yè)早已經(jīng)被列為我國(guó)重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的新興高新戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)。自上世紀(jì)80年代依賴信息技術(shù)革命，短短二三十年間，在全球范圍內(nèi)星火燎原，對(duì)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)生活起到意義深遠(yuǎn)的影響。 本文試圖從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度考察互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的變化發(fā)展，探索其作用于經(jīng)濟(jì)的機(jī)制和途徑的，試圖挖掘出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響的全貌。 本文首先通過文獻(xiàn)資料和相關(guān)理論回溯了信息產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的歷史聯(lián)系，然后對(duì)該產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念進(jìn)行說明，對(duì)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)與其相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)特性進(jìn)行綜述。然后從國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)整體入手，重點(diǎn)分析了信息產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響機(jī)制，由此揭示了信息產(chǎn)業(yè)在短時(shí)間內(nèi)長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展的原因，繼而說明了對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響途徑。接下來本文又從產(chǎn)業(yè)的角度，說明了信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)特殊性即對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響的直接性和對(duì)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的間接影響。在實(shí)證研究部分，一是使用了直接測(cè)度分析和結(jié)構(gòu)測(cè)度分析的方法，，計(jì)算了我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的直接貢獻(xiàn)；二是通過計(jì)量分析的，通過建立柯布-道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)的模型，將信息產(chǎn)業(yè)抽象為信息要素，考察了對(duì)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和對(duì)三大產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)作用。 本文通過這些努力，試圖揭示互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)這一不不同于傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的新興高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)的特征和發(fā)展規(guī)律，描繪出其對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生巨大貢獻(xiàn)和作用的影響途徑。期望在當(dāng)今世界信息技術(shù)浪潮之下，對(duì)我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)之于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系提供一點(diǎn)力所能及理論貢獻(xiàn)和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The development of the information industry is inseparable from the information technology revolution in the 1980s , and the information industry has been listed as the new and new strategic industry in China ' s key development since the 1980s . This paper attempts to explore the changes and development of Internet information industry from the perspective of economics , explore the mechanism and approach of Internet information industry , and try to explore the influence of Internet information industry on economic growth . In this paper , the historical connection between the information industry and the economic growth has been traced back through the literature and the related theories . Then the concept of the industry is explained , and the influence mechanism of the information industry on the economic growth is analyzed . Through these efforts , this paper attempts to reveal the characteristics and development laws of the Internet information industry , which is not different from the traditional industries , and describes the ways to influence the growth of the national economy .
