【摘要】：社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)實(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)制度規(guī)則、經(jīng)濟(jì)體制、發(fā)展方式會(huì)對(duì)人的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生復(fù)雜影響。市場(chǎng)取向的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革擴(kuò)大了勞動(dòng)者的就業(yè)崗位與人力資源發(fā)展的選擇空間,賦予勞動(dòng)者創(chuàng)業(yè)、投資、財(cái)產(chǎn)增值選擇權(quán)和經(jīng)濟(jì)決策建議權(quán),但經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)折和市場(chǎng)機(jī)制內(nèi)在機(jī)制也會(huì)給人的發(fā)展帶來(lái)負(fù)面影響。"以人為本"的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式把人放在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的中心位置,體現(xiàn)了人的主體地位,有利于經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)的良性循環(huán)。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中,工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展需要解決好城鄉(xiāng)之間、城鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)的人的公平發(fā)展問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Socialist reality of the economic system rules, economic system. The mode of development will have a complex impact on the development of human beings. The market-oriented economic system reform has expanded the choice space of the workers' employment and human resource development, and endowed the workers with entrepreneurship and investment. The right to choose the right to value the property and the right to suggest economic decisions. However, the transition of the economic system and the internal mechanism of the market mechanism will also bring negative impact to the development of human beings. The "people-oriented" mode of economic development puts the human being in the central position of economic development, which reflects the principal position of human beings. In the course of economic development, industrialization and urbanization need to solve the problem of fair development of people between urban and rural areas.
