【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了令人矚目的成就,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人民生活水平也有了很大的提高。但與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的速度比較,居民收入增長(zhǎng)相對(duì)較慢,收入分配的差距擴(kuò)大,人民群眾對(duì)社會(huì)的各種不公平現(xiàn)象日益不滿。中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家和學(xué)者在針對(duì)我國(guó)的收入分配制度改革進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)我困的居民收入倍增計(jì)劃提出了各種觀點(diǎn),但收入分配領(lǐng)域的突出問(wèn)題始終沒(méi)有得到解決。針對(duì)十八大提出的居民收入倍增計(jì)劃,就我國(guó)目前收入分配突出問(wèn)題與實(shí)現(xiàn)居民收入倍增計(jì)劃之間的聯(lián)系,以及在我國(guó)居民收入倍增計(jì)劃實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑方面缺乏系統(tǒng)的闡述。實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)居民收入倍增計(jì)劃,事關(guān)廣大群眾的切身利益,事關(guān)公平公正和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,同時(shí)也影響著中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的建設(shè)與和諧社會(huì)總目標(biāo)的早日實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究的方法,以收入分配理論為邏輯起點(diǎn),回顧了我國(guó)建國(guó)以來(lái)收入分配的思想理論和實(shí)踐,借鑒了國(guó)外國(guó)民收入增長(zhǎng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合我國(guó)收入分配的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,研究了實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)居民收入倍增計(jì)劃的對(duì)策。 論文系統(tǒng)地分析了目前我國(guó)收入分配存在的突出問(wèn)題及其深層原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上,探悉了我國(guó)居民收入倍增計(jì)劃必要性、可行性,提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)居民收入倍增計(jì)劃的總體目標(biāo),最后結(jié)合我國(guó)收入分配的突出問(wèn)題下如何實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)居民收入倍增計(jì)劃,提出了具體的實(shí)施路徑和政策措施建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements, with the rapid development of economy, people's living standard has been greatly improved. But compared with the speed of economic growth, income growth is relatively slow, the expansion of income distribution gap, the people of various social inequities are increasingly dissatisfied. Chinese economists and scholars have conducted the research in the reform of the income distribution system in our country, put forward various views on how to realize the residents trapped income doubled, but the outstanding problems in the field of income distribution has not been solved. For the residents of eighteen proposed income doubling plan, China's current income distribution problems and between the residents' income doubling plan to contact, and lack of systematic exposition in our income doubling plan implementation path. The realization of China's residents income The multiplication plan is related to the vital interests of the masses, to fairness and justice and social stability, and to the early realization of the goal of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and the goal of a harmonious society.
This paper uses the method of system science, the income distribution theory as the logical starting point, review in China since the founding of the income distribution theory and practice, learn from foreign experience and national income growth, combined with the characteristics of China's income distribution is analyzed, study the countermeasures to realize our income doubling plan.
This paper systematically analyzes the current problems of China's income distribution exists and its deep reasons, on this basis, the feasibility of our residents' income doubling plan, put forward the necessity to achieve the overall goal of our residents' income doubling plan, finally combined with the problems of China's income distribution to achieve income in China residents of doubling plan, put forward the implementation path and policy specific measures.
