【摘要】：本文從創(chuàng)新資源、創(chuàng)新模式、創(chuàng)新主體、創(chuàng)新方向等方面進(jìn)行分析,提出了可以有效理解、引導(dǎo)、評(píng)估中國特色自主創(chuàng)新道路的一般性分析框架。研究結(jié)果表明,選擇創(chuàng)新資源配置的重點(diǎn),必須遵從"兩力原則",即"有能力、有潛力";創(chuàng)新模式的確定主要根據(jù)技術(shù)梯度和技術(shù)地位特征進(jìn)行分解;大學(xué)—產(chǎn)業(yè)—政府三螺旋相互作用成為創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的核心。本文還從比較優(yōu)勢(shì)、定位原則等方面對(duì)技術(shù)推動(dòng)還是需求拉動(dòng)、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新還是工藝創(chuàng)新、大企業(yè)創(chuàng)新還是小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新、顛覆性創(chuàng)新還是漸進(jìn)性創(chuàng)新、傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新還是新興產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新、勞動(dòng)節(jié)約型技術(shù)進(jìn)步還是資本節(jié)約型技術(shù)進(jìn)步等六個(gè)問題進(jìn)行了回答。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the innovation resources, innovation models, innovation subjects, innovation direction and so on, and puts forward that it can be effectively understood and guided. Evaluation of the general analytical framework of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics. The research results show that the choice of innovation resource allocation must comply with the "two-force principle", that is, "ability, potential"; The determination of innovation mode is mainly based on the technological gradient and technological status characteristics. University-industry-government three-helix interaction has become the core of innovation system operation. This paper also from comparative advantages, positioning principles and other aspects to promote technology or demand, product innovation or technological innovation. Big enterprise innovation is small enterprise innovation, subversive innovation is gradual innovation, traditional industry innovation is still emerging industry innovation. Six questions such as labor-saving technology progress or capital-saving technology progress are answered.
