【摘要】：旅游業(yè)是上下游關(guān)聯(lián)性極強的產(chǎn)業(yè)，旅游業(yè)在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟研究中受到越來越多的關(guān)注，伴隨著旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，集群化逐漸成為旅游業(yè)的最重要特征之一濱海旅游業(yè)是濱海城市的旅游主打牌，濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過長期的發(fā)展，其本身發(fā)展成熟度較高，集群化現(xiàn)象比較明顯近年來，由于我國大力推進海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，濱海旅游資源的開發(fā)也被推向了新的高潮，國家旅游局將2013年定義為國家海洋旅游年，這將成為我國濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的又一新契機 產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論經(jīng)過長期的發(fā)展已經(jīng)形成了較為完善的體系，利用產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論來研究濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)，能夠有效地剖析其區(qū)域作用以及濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的經(jīng)濟帶動效用集群化是產(chǎn)業(yè)自身優(yōu)化發(fā)展的結(jié)果，是提高產(chǎn)業(yè)自身競爭力的重要手段濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成與發(fā)展與濱海區(qū)域經(jīng)濟密切相關(guān)，濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是濱海區(qū)域充分發(fā)揮自身資源優(yōu)勢的表現(xiàn)對濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的研究也能夠得出如何通過沿海區(qū)域經(jīng)濟來帶動濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展 本文首先對濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進行定義，然后利用山東省內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行了測度，發(fā)現(xiàn)了濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展變動規(guī)律，測算結(jié)果顯示，不同區(qū)域的濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群處于不同的發(fā)展時期，青島煙臺威海已經(jīng)形成了較為完善的濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，而濱州東營等地區(qū)的濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群則處于形成發(fā)展時期 在文章結(jié)構(gòu)方面：首先，就集群理論以及旅游業(yè)相關(guān)理論進行梳理，，并將其推廣至濱海旅游業(yè)集群，通過對比分析濱海旅游業(yè)集群與一般產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，深入了解濱海旅游業(yè)集群的內(nèi)涵及特征其次，采用實證方法對濱海旅游業(yè)集群進行測度，用數(shù)字更能夠準(zhǔn)確的理解濱海旅游業(yè)集群的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；再次，就各濱海城市發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與濱海旅游業(yè)集群的成熟程度進行關(guān)聯(lián)分析，總結(jié)出濱海旅游業(yè)集群的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)，以及與沿海區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的關(guān)聯(lián)程度最后，對濱海旅游與沿海區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展關(guān)系進行總結(jié)，同時指出本文的不足之處和有待解決的問題，這同時也是對后續(xù)研究的展望
[Abstract]:Tourism is a strong correlation between the upstream and downstream industries, the tourism industry has attracted more and more attention in the research of regional economy, along with the continuous development of the tourism industry, coastal tourism is one of the most important characteristics of the tourism industry cluster has gradually become the main coastal city tourism brand, coastal tourism industry after long-term development, the the development of high maturity, the cluster phenomenon is more obvious in recent years, as China vigorously promote the development of marine economy, coastal tourism resources development has been to a new climax, the National Tourism Bureau 2013 defined as national marine tourism, which will become a new opportunity to the development of China's tourism industry
The theory of industrial cluster through long-term development has formed a relatively complete system, to study the coastal tourism industry by using the theory of industrial clusters, can effectively analyze the role of regional and economic clusters of coastal tourism industry cluster is the driving effectiveness of the industry itself is the result of the development of optimization, formation and development of the important means to improve the competitiveness of the coastal tourism industry the industrial clusters and regional economy is closely related to the coastal, coastal tourism industry cluster is the research on the coastal tourism industry clusters in coastal areas and give full play to their own advantages in resources performance can also be obtained and how to promote the development of coastal tourism industry cluster through the coastal regional economy
On the basis of the definition of coastal tourism industry cluster, the development of industrial clusters in Shandong province and then use the data of the measure, found the variation of coastal tourism industry cluster development, the calculation results show that different regions of the coastal tourism industry cluster in the development period with the Qingdao Yantai, Weihai has formed a comparatively perfect cluster in Binhai the tourism industry in Binzhou, Dongying and other regions of the coastal tourism industry cluster is in the formation period of development
In the article structure: firstly, sort out the tourism industry cluster theory and related theory, and extended to the coastal tourism industry cluster, through the comparative analysis of coastal tourism industry cluster and industry cluster, in-depth understanding of the connotation and characteristics of coastal tourism industry cluster and secondly, using empirical methods to measure the coastal tourism industry cluster, with to understand the current situation of the development of digital tourism industry cluster accurately; thirdly, correlation analysis the development maturity status of the coastal city and coastal tourism industry cluster, summarizes the development of coastal tourism industry cluster, and finally with the coastal regional economic association degree, on the relationship between tourism and economic development of coastal area summarize and points out the shortcomings and problems to be solved, which is also the prospect for future research
