【摘要】：改革開放30多年以來,河北省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,城鎮(zhèn)居民的生活水平顯著提高。然而,河北省城鎮(zhèn)居民的收入水平和發(fā)達(dá)省份的差距較大,并低于全國總體水平,而且在不同行業(yè)、不同收入階層、不同地區(qū)之間的收入差距還在擴(kuò)大等問題影響著社會的穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。本文從研究河北省城鎮(zhèn)居民收入水平的變化趨勢以及與全國、發(fā)達(dá)省份的對比分析入手,以基尼系數(shù)、泰爾指數(shù)、極差等指標(biāo)為工具分析當(dāng)前城鎮(zhèn)居民收入差距的現(xiàn)狀:隨著時(shí)間的推進(jìn),不同收入階層、不同行業(yè)、不同地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)居民收入差距都在逐漸擴(kuò)大。河北省地處華北地區(qū)中心地帶,與天津、北京等較發(fā)達(dá)城市相鄰,地理位置優(yōu)越,但是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平相對來說卻是非常落后,城鎮(zhèn)居民人均收入處于全國中下等水平,并且收入增長的速度低于全國城鎮(zhèn)居民收入的增長速度。從河北省城鎮(zhèn)居民不同收入階層之間收入差距的角度來看,以泰爾指數(shù)作為衡量不同收入階層收入差距的指標(biāo),將城鎮(zhèn)居民的收入分為五個(gè)階層,通過定量分析得出泰爾指數(shù)逐漸增大,說明城鎮(zhèn)居民不同收入階層之間的收入差距是增大的。從城鎮(zhèn)居民不同行業(yè)的角度分析城鎮(zhèn)居民的收入差距,以職工工資作為衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過高低收入的對比得出城鎮(zhèn)居民中從事不同行業(yè)的城鎮(zhèn)居民之間的收入差距是擴(kuò)大的。從河北省11個(gè)地級市城鎮(zhèn)居民的收入角度來看,通過基尼系數(shù)定量分析河北省不同地級市的城鎮(zhèn)居民收入水平,從2004-2013年基尼系數(shù)逐漸增大的事實(shí)來看,不同地級市城鎮(zhèn)居民的收入差距是逐漸擴(kuò)大的,從不同地級市城鎮(zhèn)居民收入的離散程度來看,不同地級市城鎮(zhèn)居民之間收入的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差和極差是擴(kuò)大的,說明各市之間收入的離散程度越來越大,各市發(fā)展是不均衡的。最后,本文全面分析了引起收入變化的影響因素,并據(jù)此提出解決河北省城鎮(zhèn)居民收入問題的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the economy of Hebei Province has developed rapidly, and the living standard of urban residents has improved significantly. However, the income level of urban residents in Hebei Province has a big gap with that of developed provinces. And lower than the overall level of the country, and in different industries, different income classes. The income gap between different regions is still widening, which affects the stability of society and the coordinated development of economy. This paper studies the change trend of income level of urban residents in Hebei province and the whole country. Starting with comparative analysis of developed provinces, Gini coefficient, Thiel index, extreme difference and other indicators as tools to analyze the current situation of income gap of urban residents: with the progress of time, different income classes, different industries. The income gap of urban residents in different areas is gradually widening. Hebei Province is located in the heart of North China, adjacent to more developed cities such as Tianjin and Beijing, and has a superior geographical location. However, the level of economic development is relatively very backward, urban residents per capita income in the national middle and lower levels. And the growth rate of income is lower than that of the national urban residents. From the perspective of income gap between different income classes of urban residents in Hebei Province. The income of urban residents is divided into five strata by using Tyr index as an index to measure the income gap of different income groups. Through quantitative analysis, it is concluded that the Terre index is gradually increasing. It shows that the income gap between different income classes of urban residents is increasing. From the perspective of different industries of urban residents, the income gap of urban residents is analyzed, and the wage of workers is taken as the standard of measurement. Through the comparison of high and low income, it is concluded that the income gap between urban residents engaged in different industries is widening. From the income perspective of urban residents in 11 prefectural cities in Hebei Province. Through the Gini coefficient quantitative analysis of the income level of urban residents in different cities in Hebei Province, from 2004-2013 to see the fact that the Gini coefficient gradually increased. The income gap of urban residents in different prefectural cities is gradually widening. From the discrete degree of income of urban residents in different prefectural cities, the standard deviation and extreme deviation of income among urban residents of different prefectural levels are enlarged. It shows that the discrete degree of income between cities is increasing, and the development of each city is uneven. Finally, this paper comprehensively analyzes the factors that cause the change of income. Based on this, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of income of urban residents in Hebei Province.
