【摘要】：自從上世紀90年代以來，伴隨著世界貿易組織成員國數(shù)量的不斷增加，國際貿易壁壘也在不斷趨向于弱化，這導致了貿易全球化的趨勢也不斷的增強，，國際貿易的競爭領域也從傳統(tǒng)的商品貿易市場逐步擴大到新興服務貿易市場。由于服務貿易自身所具備的特點，使其在推動一國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的作用上有別于商品貿易。服務貿易的發(fā)展可以推動一國經(jīng)濟結構升級，目前世界發(fā)達國家已經(jīng)將發(fā)展服務貿易提高到了戰(zhàn)略層次，將其視為提高國際競爭力、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結構、促進本國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新生推動力。在此背景之下，近些年我國服務貿易發(fā)展較快,同時，山東省作為我國東部沿海地區(qū)的重要省份，擁有的得天獨厚的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，要在保持傳統(tǒng)商品貿易大省的基礎之上，通過各種方式，努力推動服務貿易的發(fā)展，以此促進山東省經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級。 本文首先詮釋了服務及其自身的特點，進而闡述服務貿易的概念及范疇，在此基礎上，從理論的角度，定性分析發(fā)展服務貿易所帶來的經(jīng)濟效應，從而過渡到對產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的影響。 其次，通過收集到的相關數(shù)據(jù)對山東省服務貿易和產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的目前的狀況進行全面的闡述，運用計量經(jīng)濟學相關知識及工具，建立回歸模型，從服務貿易凈進口與三次產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值、服務貿易與三次產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值比重、服務貿易對三次產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)結構三個角度，定量分析了山東省服務貿易同山東省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結構究竟存在何種關系。在計量分析的過程當中，引入產(chǎn)業(yè)結構熵數(shù)指標作為被解釋變量，用來衡量產(chǎn)業(yè)結構變動。 最后，根據(jù)所建模型得出的結果，結合山東省的客觀實際情況，提出有利于促進山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化的服務貿易發(fā)展政策。
[Abstract]:Since -10s, with the increasing number of WTO member countries, the international trade barriers are also tending to weaken, which leads to the trend of trade globalization. The field of competition in international trade has gradually expanded from the traditional commodity trade market to the emerging service trade market, because of the characteristics of service trade itself. The development of trade in services can promote the upgrading of the economic structure of a country. At present, the developed countries in the world have raised the development of trade in services to a strategic level. It is regarded as a new impetus to improve the international competitiveness, optimize the industrial structure and promote the economic development of our country. Under this background, China's service trade has developed rapidly in recent years, at the same time. Shandong Province, as an important province in the eastern coastal region of China, has a unique geographical advantage. On the basis of maintaining a large province of traditional commodity trade, Shandong Province should strive to promote the development of service trade in various ways. In order to promote the economic development of Shandong Province and industrial upgrading. This paper first explains the service and its own characteristics, and then expounds the concept and category of service trade. On this basis, from the theoretical point of view, qualitative analysis of the economic effects brought about by the development of trade in services. Thus transition to the industrial structure of the impact. Secondly, through the collection of relevant data on the current situation of service trade and industrial structure in Shandong Province are comprehensively described, using econometrics related knowledge and tools to establish a regression model. From the service trade net imports and the third industrial output value, the service trade and the third industry output value proportion, the service trade to the three industries employment structure three angles. Quantitative analysis of the relationship between service trade in Shandong Province and the industrial structure of Shandong Province. In the process of econometric analysis, the entropy index of industrial structure is introduced as the explained variable. Used to measure changes in industrial structure. Finally, according to the results of the model, combined with the actual situation of Shandong Province, the paper puts forward the development policy of service trade which is conducive to the optimization of industrial structure of Shandong Province.
