【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的全球化和世界貿(mào)易的不斷深化,如何提高區(qū)域的競爭能力已經(jīng)成為世界關(guān)注的焦點。2011年9月28日,建設(shè)中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)正式上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,作為唯一一個整體涵蓋在中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)范圍內(nèi)的省份,河南省得到了前所未有的發(fā)展機遇。本文通過建立區(qū)域競爭力綜合評價指標(biāo)體系,對河南省綜合競爭力進行研究,尋找出河南省區(qū)域競爭力的優(yōu)勢與不足,這對于促進河南省協(xié)調(diào)、健康及快速發(fā)展有著重要的意義。 本文以研究區(qū)域競爭力的綜合評價為主題,共分為六部分。首先,論文闡述了研究背景和意義,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外研究結(jié)果與現(xiàn)狀,界定了區(qū)域競爭力概念及研究的理論基礎(chǔ),然后根據(jù)區(qū)域競爭力的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵、理論及研究成果,并參考了目的性、全面性、科學(xué)性、可比性、可操作性評價指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計的原則,構(gòu)建了一套針對河南省區(qū)域競爭力的較為科學(xué)合理的區(qū)域競爭力評價的指標(biāo)體系。其次,論文收集了2012年中國統(tǒng)計年鑒與中部六省統(tǒng)計年鑒的基本數(shù)據(jù),并從幾種常用的綜合評價方法中篩選出因子分析法作為本文的綜合評價方法。再次,本文分析了河南省近年來的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并通過運用因子分析法對中部六省2011年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行綜合競爭力評價,得出了河南省競爭力的排名,并分別對河南省競爭力水平進行評價分析。最后,本文根據(jù)河南省與中部六省競爭力綜合評價結(jié)果,針對河南省區(qū)域競爭力存在的問題給出河南省競爭力提升的建議。 本文通過運用多指標(biāo)綜合評判方法對中部六省2011年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行綜合競爭力評價,計算得出河南省的區(qū)域綜合競爭力在中部六省中較強,但競爭優(yōu)勢并不特別明顯,同時,在居民生活水平及就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面競爭優(yōu)勢一般,尤其是在科技水平、人力資本及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面排名最后處于劣勢地位,因此在河南省在未來的發(fā)展過程中是應(yīng)該注重對居民生活水平的提高,改善產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),合理的利用人口優(yōu)勢,加大科學(xué)技術(shù)、人力資本方面的投入。本文的研究為河南省發(fā)展區(qū)域經(jīng)濟提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy and the deepening of world trade, how to improve the competitiveness of the region has become the focus of the world. In September 28th 2011, the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone officially rose to a national strategy. As the only province covered in the Central Plains Economic Zone, Henan Province has got unprecedented opportunities for development. This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional competitiveness. This paper studies the comprehensive competitiveness of Henan Province, and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the regional competitiveness of Henan Province, which is of great significance for promoting the coordination, healthy and rapid development of Henan Province. This paper takes the comprehensive evaluation of regional competitiveness as the theme, which is divided into six parts. Firstly, the paper describes the research background and significance, summarizes the research results and current situation at home and abroad. Define the concept of regional competitiveness and the theoretical basis of research, and then according to the essence of regional competitiveness, theory and research results, and refer to the purpose, comprehensiveness, scientific, comparable. Operational evaluation of the principles of index system design, a set of regional competitiveness of Henan Province for a more scientific and reasonable evaluation of regional competitiveness index system. Secondly. The paper collects the basic data of the Statistical Yearbook of China in 2012 and the Statistical Yearbook of six provinces in Central China, and selects the factor analysis method as the comprehensive evaluation method of this paper from several common comprehensive evaluation methods. This paper analyzes the development of Henan Province in recent years, and through the use of factor analysis of the central six provinces in 2011 related data for comprehensive competitiveness evaluation, the competitiveness of Henan Province ranking. Finally, according to the comprehensive evaluation results of the competitiveness of Henan Province and six central provinces. In view of the problems existing in the regional competitiveness of Henan Province, the paper gives some suggestions on how to promote the competitiveness of Henan Province. This paper evaluates the comprehensive competitiveness of the six central provinces in 2011 by using the method of multi-index comprehensive evaluation, and calculates that the regional comprehensive competitiveness of Henan Province is stronger in the six central provinces. But the competitive advantage is not particularly obvious, at the same time, in the residents' living standard and employment structure, the competitive advantage is general, especially in the level of science and technology, human capital and industrial structure in the last inferior position. Therefore, in the future development of Henan Province, we should pay attention to the improvement of the living standards of residents, improve the industrial structure, reasonable use of population advantages, and increase science and technology. The research of this paper provides some theoretical basis for Henan province to develop regional economy.
