【摘要】：俄羅斯是絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶建設(shè)的重要因素,但不是必要條件。俄羅斯官方支持中方建設(shè)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶,這為雙方共建絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶提供了前提。中俄共建絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶具有可行性,但也面臨很多困難和阻力。這需要中方除與俄羅斯加強溝通和合作外,還要加強與歐亞地區(qū)國家的合作,利用上合組織平臺促進絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶與歐亞經(jīng)濟聯(lián)盟的對接,與歐美等國和國際組織展開對話。
[Abstract]:Russia is an important factor in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt, but it is not a necessary condition. Russian officials support the Chinese side in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt. This provides a prerequisite for the two sides to jointly build the Silk Road Economic Belt. The establishment of the Silk Road Economic Belt by China and Russia is feasible, but it also faces many difficulties and obstacles. This requires China to strengthen communication and cooperation with Russia. It is also necessary to strengthen cooperation with countries in the Eurasian region, use the SCO platform to promote the docking of the Silk Road Economic Belt with the Eurasian Economic Union, and engage in dialogue with countries such as Europe and the United States and international organizations.
