【摘要】：斯里蘭卡作為南亞地區(qū)新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體,近年來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,2010年-2013年,GDP年均增長(zhǎng)率達(dá)7.5%,重要的地理位置,強(qiáng)勁的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)能力,使得斯里蘭卡成為南亞乃至亞洲地區(qū)最具投資潛力的國(guó)家。2013年斯里蘭卡吸引外國(guó)直接投資(包括外國(guó)貸款)共14.2億美元。中國(guó)和印度是亞洲近鄰,同時(shí)也是當(dāng)今世界上最重要兩個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)家。伴隨著中印兩國(guó)的崛起,兩國(guó)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也成為了21世紀(jì)國(guó)際社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。印度洋沿岸地區(qū)是目前世界新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),同時(shí)也是重要的海上交通要道,更是中印兩國(guó)亞太戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。斯里蘭卡作為南亞新興的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)體,正承載著更多中印兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)政治的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),如何在斯里蘭卡經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域保持良好的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng),關(guān)系到中國(guó)企業(yè)的切身利益,更關(guān)系到中國(guó)印度洋戰(zhàn)略的成敗。本文首先,對(duì)斯里蘭卡近年來(lái)經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的總體情況進(jìn)行分析,重點(diǎn)從貿(mào)易、直接投資和工程承包領(lǐng)域分析,得出斯里蘭卡目前存在著巨大的市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇,越來(lái)越多的國(guó)家與斯里蘭卡產(chǎn)生經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)。然后,重點(diǎn)敘述中印兩國(guó)與斯里蘭卡經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的歷史和現(xiàn)狀。兩國(guó)都與斯里蘭卡很早就建立了經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系,特別在斯內(nèi)戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,兩國(guó)都加大了與斯里蘭卡經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的力度,在各領(lǐng)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)也逐漸顯現(xiàn)。之后,本文著重從雙邊貿(mào)易、直接投資和工程承包三個(gè)領(lǐng)域分析了中印在斯里蘭卡的具體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)和表格等直觀手段表現(xiàn)了中印在與斯里蘭卡經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)中的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。最后,結(jié)合中印在斯里蘭卡經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì),分析出中國(guó)在與斯里蘭卡經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展中存在的一些問(wèn)題,并就問(wèn)題嘗試性給出了幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:Sri Lanka, as an emerging economy in South Asia, has experienced rapid economic development in recent years. From 2010 to 2013, the annual GDP growth rate of Sri Lanka reached 7.5%, an important geographical position and strong economic growth capacity. Making Sri Lanka the most promising country in South Asia and Asia. In 2013 Sri Lanka attracted foreign direct investment (including foreign loans). A total of $1.42 billion. China and India are close neighbors to Asia. It is also the two most important developing countries in the world. It is accompanied by the rise of China and India. In 21th century, the economic competition between the two countries has become the focus of attention of the international community. The Indian Ocean coastal area is a new economic growth point in the world, but also an important maritime transportation route. Sri Lanka, as a new economic growth body in South Asia, is carrying more economic and political competition between China and India. How to maintain a good competitive advantage and achieve stable growth in Sri Lanka's economic and trade field is related to the vital interests of Chinese enterprises, but also to the success or failure of China's Indian Ocean strategy. This paper analyzes the overall situation of Sri Lanka's economic and trade development in recent years, focusing on the fields of trade, direct investment and project contracting, and concludes that there are huge market opportunities in Sri Lanka. More and more countries have had economic and trade exchanges with Sri Lanka. Then, the history and current situation of the development of economic and trade relations between China and India and Sri Lanka have been described. Both countries have established economic and trade relations with Sri Lanka very early. Especially after the end of the Sri Lankan civil war, both countries have increased the strength of economic and trade cooperation with Sri Lanka, and the competitive situation in various fields has gradually appeared. After that, this paper focuses on bilateral trade. Direct investment and project contracting analysis of the specific competition situation of China and India in Sri Lanka, through data and tables and other intuitive means to show the advantages and disadvantages of China and India in economic and trade exchanges with Sri Lanka. Finally. Combined with the competitive situation of Sino-Indian economic and trade development in Sri Lanka, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the economic and trade development between China and Sri Lanka, and puts forward some tentative suggestions on the problems.
