【摘要】：金融業(yè)效率對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有重要影響。金融效率的高低決定著金融發(fā)揮作用的成本和作用力的強(qiáng)弱，從而在很大程度上決定著整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效率的高低，而金融業(yè)效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系需要從理論和實(shí)證上分析驗(yàn)證。論文以環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈為研究對(duì)象，重點(diǎn)分析區(qū)域金融業(yè)效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的耦合關(guān)系。 論文以經(jīng)典的金融發(fā)展理論為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合系統(tǒng)耦合關(guān)系理論成立的條件，研究環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融業(yè)效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的具體關(guān)系。實(shí)證上采用DEA方法測(cè)度金融業(yè)效率水平，，并選取代表性指標(biāo)和樣本數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融業(yè)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)和Granger因果檢驗(yàn)，驗(yàn)證二者之間是否存在長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的均衡關(guān)系。在實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上建立耦合關(guān)系模型，測(cè)度環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融業(yè)效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展關(guān)系。 論文首先闡述了研究背景、目的，回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展關(guān)系的研究歷程，并進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單評(píng)述，指出了本文的研究意義。接著指明了研究金融業(yè)效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展關(guān)系的理論基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)金融發(fā)展理論、金融業(yè)效率理論和耦合理論做了系統(tǒng)介紹，界定了論文分析的金融業(yè)效率的具體概念，并分析了金融業(yè)效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展耦合關(guān)系的存在性。 其次，對(duì)環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融業(yè)效率狀況和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)合實(shí)際行業(yè)發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈證券、銀行、保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了分析，運(yùn)用DEA方法對(duì)本地區(qū)的金融業(yè)效率進(jìn)行了測(cè)度，得出在環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈內(nèi)，金融業(yè)效率呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì)。同時(shí)詳細(xì)歸納了本地區(qū)三大產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，并做了具體分析。 第三，對(duì)環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融業(yè)效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，驗(yàn)證二者耦合關(guān)系的存在性。選取金融業(yè)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)指標(biāo)，運(yùn)用實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)做了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)和因果分析。協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果表明金融業(yè)效率與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)展之間存在長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的均衡關(guān)系。格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果表明金融業(yè)效率與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間存在明顯的因果關(guān)系。 第四，論文以實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ)，選擇耦合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系建立了耦合模型，測(cè)度了環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融業(yè)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展關(guān)系。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明金融業(yè)效率與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的協(xié)調(diào)程度隨著時(shí)間的推移逐步提高，目前處于良好協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展階段，受到外力的影響協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展關(guān)系會(huì)出現(xiàn)波動(dòng)，但是能恢復(fù)到良好協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)。 最后，根據(jù)環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融業(yè)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r與實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果，提出促進(jìn)環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和金融業(yè)效率提高的建議，以及促進(jìn)二者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The efficiency of the financial sector has an important effect on the economic development. The financial efficiency determines the strength of the financial costs and the role, which largely determines the level of efficiency of the economy, and the relation between the efficiency and economic development of the financial industry needs analysis from the theoretical and empirical analysis. Based on the Bohai economic circle as the research object, focusing on analysis of coupling relationship of regional financial efficiency and economic development.
This paper is based on the classical theory of financial development, combined with the theory of coupling relationship between the conditions, research the relationship between the economic circle of Bohai financial industry efficiency and economic development. The empirical DEA method to measure the efficiency of the financial sector, and selecting the representative index and sample data, cointegration test and Granger causality test on the relationship between the economic circle of Bohai financial industry efficiency and economic development, whether there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between the two. Validation establishes coupling model on the basis of empirical research, the Bohai measure ring coordinated development between economic development and the efficiency of financial circles.
This paper first describes the research background, purpose, reviews the research process of the relationship between financial and economic development at home and abroad, and briefly, pointed out the significance of this study. Then pointed out the theoretical basis of the relationship between financial industry efficiency and economic development, financial development theory, financial efficiency theory and the coupling theory the paper introduces the concept of the specific analysis of the efficiency of the financial sector, and analyzes the existence of financial efficiency and economic development coupling relationship.
Secondly, the economic circle of Bohai financial industry efficiency and economic development were analyzed. Combined with the actual development of the industry data, the Bank of Bohai economic circle, the development status of the securities, insurance were analyzed using the DEA method on the regional financial industry efficiency test, obtained in the Bohai economic circle, the efficiency of the financial sector showed a rising trend. At the same time, sums up the development status of the region of the three major industries, and make a specific analysis.
Third, the relationship of the economic circle of Bohai financial industry efficiency and economic development empirically, existence of coupling relationship between the two. To verify the efficiency of the financial sector and related indicators of economic development, the use of actual data to do the empirical analysis of the test and causality. The cointegration test results show that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between financial efficiency and economic development. Grainger causality test results show a clear relationship between financial efficiency and regional economic development.
Fourth, the paper based on the empirical evaluation index system of selecting coupling coupling model is established, the coordinated development of the relationship between the measure of economic circle of Bohai financial industry efficiency and economic development. Empirical results show that the efficiency of the financial sector and regional economic development coordination degree with the passage of time gradually increased, at present stage in good coordination the development, by the coordinated development of the impact of external volatility, but can be restored to the good state of coordinated development.
Finally, according to the results of the financial efficiency and economic development in the Bohai rim economic circle and the results of empirical analysis, we put forward suggestions to promote the economic development of Bohai rim economic zone and improve the efficiency of the financial industry, and make policy recommendations to promote the coordinated development of the two circles.
