【摘要】：十八大報告指出,以經(jīng)濟建設(shè)為中心是興國之要,發(fā)展仍是解決我國所有問題的關(guān)鍵。金融發(fā)展在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的作用尤為重要,金融發(fā)展在一定意義上可以衡量經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的水平,并且金融發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展是否具有促進作用也在很大程度上影響著經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 甘肅省對金融發(fā)展的要求與國家金融發(fā)展的主線是一致的。本文以甘肅省金融發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關(guān)關(guān)系為切入點,運用因子分析法對金融發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的綜合得分進行測算,用最小二乘法對金融發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進行線性回歸,并分析了金融發(fā)展各方面對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響。研究表明,甘肅省金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間總體上存在著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,但是金融化程度和金融機構(gòu)效率方面對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展沒有起到應(yīng)有的作用。針對這一問題,本文提出甘肅省要加快金融業(yè)改革創(chuàng)新、提高金融中介健全程度、加強區(qū)域間金融的互動與聯(lián)系、規(guī)范金融機構(gòu)監(jiān)管、提升金融從業(yè)人員素質(zhì),致力提高地區(qū)金融化程度和金融機構(gòu)效率。從而提高金融發(fā)展各方面對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的促進作用,進一步推動甘肅省經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Eighteen big reports pointed out that taking economic construction as the center of the developing country, development is still the key to solve all the problems in our country. The role of financial development in economic development is particularly important, financial development can measure economic development in a certain sense, the level of financial development on economic development, and whether can promote to a great extent affect the sustainable development of economy.
The main requirements of Gansu Province on financial development and financial development is consistent. Based on the relationship between financial development and economic development of Gansu Province as the starting point, using the factor analysis method of comprehensive score of financial development and economic development was calculated by linear regression on the financial development and economic development by using the least square method, and analysis the financial development of the parties face the impact of economic development in Gansu province. The results show that between financial development and economic development on the whole, there is a positive correlation, but the degree of financial integration and the efficiency of financial institutions on economic development did not play its due role. To solve this problem, this article proposed the Gansu province should accelerate financial reform and innovation, improve financial intermediation and improve the level, strengthen the interaction with the financial links between regions, standardize the supervision of financial institutions, improve the quality of financial personnel, to improve the area The degree of Finance and the efficiency of financial institutions can enhance the role of financial development in promoting economic development and further promote the sustainable development of Gansu's economy.
