【摘要】：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新差異是造成區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差異的內(nèi)在動力。[86]研究以專利申請授權(quán)量作為反映區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的評價指標(biāo),運用錫爾系數(shù)分解法、探索性空間分析方法以及線性回歸分析方法,對了環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈2001-2011年期間區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新存在的差異時空演化規(guī)律及其影響因素進行了研究分析,得出以下結(jié)論： (1)2001-2011年,環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈總體區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新總差異呈波浪式下降趨勢。區(qū)間差異發(fā)展不均衡,京遼區(qū)間差異最小,并逐漸縮小；京山區(qū)間差異逐漸擴大,山遼區(qū)間差異總體縮小。山東半島經(jīng)濟圈區(qū)內(nèi)差異最大,遼東半島經(jīng)濟圈次之,京津冀最小。此外,環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新空間集聚態(tài)勢不明顯,主要呈現(xiàn)為隨機態(tài)勢。 (2)環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平呈現(xiàn)“兩極分化”態(tài)勢,高水平區(qū)主要集中在北京、天津、沈陽、大連、濟南、青島等經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū),空間極化現(xiàn)象明顯。2001-2011年環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新熱點相對穩(wěn)定,山東半島熱點集聚態(tài)勢較為明顯,京山空間集聚格局逐漸顯現(xiàn)。 (3)環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新增長集聚態(tài)勢明顯。增長熱點區(qū)主要集中在以北京、天津為核心的京津冀經(jīng)濟圈內(nèi),增長冷點區(qū)躍遷明顯,遼東半島技術(shù)創(chuàng)新增長最為緩慢。 (4)人均GDP始終是造成區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新差異的主要原因,RD經(jīng)費支出對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出貢獻較大,人才逐漸成為促進技術(shù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)力量,技術(shù)市場成交額與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新之間呈現(xiàn)負相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Study on the differences of technological innovation is internal power.[86] caused by regional economic disparities in the patent application authorization as the evaluation index to reflect the regional technological innovation ability, using Theil decomposition method, the method of exploratory spatial data analysis and linear regression analysis on the evolution and influence of temporal and spatial differences of the economic circle of Bohai during 2001-2011 regional technology innovation exists the factors are analyzed, draw the following conclusions:
(1) 2001-2011, ring Bohai economic circle regional technology innovation overall differences in a wavelike decreasing trend. The interval difference and uneven development, Beijing Liaoning interval minimum difference, and gradually narrow the differences; Jingshan range gradually expanded, Liaoning mountain interval narrowing. The difference in the overall Shandong peninsula economic circle area of the biggest difference, Liaodong Peninsula Economic Circle second, the Beijing Tianjin Hebei minimum. In addition, the Bohai economic circle ring technology innovation space agglomeration trend is not obvious, mainly presented as the stochastic trend.
(2) the ring of regional technological innovation level of Bohai economic circle has "polarization" trend, high level areas are mainly concentrated in Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Dalian, Ji'nan, Qingdao and other economically developed areas, the spatial polarization phenomenon is obvious in.2001-2011 ring Bohai economic circle regional technology innovation focus is relatively stable, the hot Shandong Peninsula agglomeration effect in Jingshan, the spatial agglomeration pattern appears gradually.
(3) the regional technological innovation growth trend is obvious in the Bohai rim economic circle. The growth hotspots are mainly concentrated in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei economic circle with Beijing and Tianjin as the core. The growth point of cold area is obvious, and the technological innovation of the Liaodong peninsula is the slowtest growth.
(4) per capita GDP is always the main reason for the difference of regional technological innovation. RD expenditure has great contribution to technological innovation output. Talent has gradually become the leading force to promote technological innovation development, and there is a negative correlation between turnover volume and technological innovation.
