【摘要】：隨著兩岸四地經(jīng)濟一體化進程的不斷推進，人民幣、港幣、澳門元以及新臺幣四種貨幣并存的局面阻礙了兩岸四地經(jīng)濟的進一步融合�；谶@樣的現(xiàn)實，，本文結合兩岸四地的政治經(jīng)濟環(huán)境，引出了兩岸四地貨幣融合的需求。 本文通過闡述歐洲貨幣一體化的實踐經(jīng)驗，對比多種貨幣一體化方式，認為兩岸四地貨幣一體化的實現(xiàn)應該采取“人民幣圈”（Renminbi Bloc）的方式�！叭嗣駧湃Α钡慕嶋H是人民幣逐步替代港澳臺貨幣的過程。本文在對兩岸四地經(jīng)濟和金融一體化程度分析的基礎上，運用結構向量自回歸模型和外部貨幣法模型探討了兩岸四地建立“人民幣圈”的可行性。結構向量自回歸模型的分析結果表明兩岸四地需求沖擊的對稱性總體大于供給沖擊的對稱性；外部貨幣法模型的分析結果表明港幣、澳門元和新臺幣在“錨貨幣”選擇中的人民幣因素逐漸增強，由此得出兩岸四地建立“人民幣圈”具有一定的可行性。 最后，本文提出兩岸四地建立“人民幣圈”的可行路徑和貨幣融合次序，認為兩岸四地應該先促進金融合作，鼓勵人民幣在跨境貿易和投資中的使用，建立統(tǒng)一的金融市場，然后根據(jù)各地經(jīng)濟一體化程度差異，分步驟開展貨幣合作。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of the four - place economic integration process on both sides of the Taiwan Straits , the coexistence of RMB , Hong Kong dollar , Macao dollar and new Taiwan currency has hindered the further integration of the four - place economy on both sides of the Taiwan Straits . Based on this reality , this paper combines the political and economic environment of the four sides of the Taiwan Straits , leading to the demand of four - place monetary integration on both sides . On the basis of the analysis of the economic and financial integration degree on both sides of the Taiwan Straits , the paper discusses the feasibility of establishing a " RMB circle " on both sides of the Taiwan Straits by using the model of the structure vector and the external monetary method . The analysis of the model of the external monetary law shows that the RMB , the Macao dollar and the new coin are gradually strengthened in the " anchor money " selection , thus the conclusion that the establishment of the " RMB circle " on both sides of the Taiwan Straits is feasible . Finally , this paper puts forward the feasible path and monetary convergence order of establishing " RMB circle " on both sides of the Taiwan Straits . It is believed that the four sides of the Straits should promote financial cooperation firstly , encourage the use of RMB in cross - border trade and investment , establish a unified financial market , and then carry out monetary cooperation according to the differences in economic integration level .
