【摘要】：近年來(lái)，行業(yè)收入差距不斷擴(kuò)大，逐漸成為社會(huì)的突出問(wèn)題，控制行業(yè)收入差距，使其能滿足社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要成為首要解決的問(wèn)題之一，行業(yè)收入差距成為學(xué)者們研究的重點(diǎn)。本文從行業(yè)收入差距與社會(huì)發(fā)展的適應(yīng)性和行業(yè)收入影響因素兩方面對(duì)我國(guó)行業(yè)收入差距進(jìn)行了研究，并提出切實(shí)可行的控制行業(yè)收入差距的政策建議。 本文對(duì)我國(guó)歷年來(lái)的行業(yè)收入差距的變化趨勢(shì)及現(xiàn)階段的基本狀況進(jìn)行了論述，以行業(yè)基尼系數(shù)、加權(quán)變異系數(shù)、庫(kù)茲涅茲比率、泰爾指數(shù)等對(duì)行業(yè)收入差距進(jìn)行衡量，并觀察其變化狀況。研究結(jié)果表明我國(guó)行業(yè)收入差距正處于逐步擴(kuò)大的狀態(tài)，如不加以控制，仍將繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大并最終影響經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)和人民生活水平的提高等。 文章首先對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段行業(yè)收入差距與社會(huì)發(fā)展的適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，一定范圍內(nèi)的行業(yè)收入差距有利于社會(huì)的發(fā)展，過(guò)高的行業(yè)收入差距將嚴(yán)重阻礙社會(huì)的發(fā)展。對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的衡量主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、人民生活水平、資源環(huán)境幾方面進(jìn)行衡量，構(gòu)建包括行業(yè)收入差距衡量指標(biāo)在內(nèi)的共28個(gè)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，運(yùn)用SVAR模型，給定行業(yè)收入差距一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差的沖擊，觀察其對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展各指標(biāo)的影響作用。文章最后構(gòu)建模糊隸屬函數(shù)協(xié)調(diào)度模型對(duì)行業(yè)收入差距與社會(huì)發(fā)展各指標(biāo)體系之間的協(xié)調(diào)性進(jìn)行衡量，最終得出我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段行業(yè)收入差距已不適于社會(huì)發(fā)展，對(duì)其必須加以控制的結(jié)論。 控制行業(yè)收入差距，首先應(yīng)對(duì)行業(yè)收入差距產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行深入分析，本文從行業(yè)壟斷程度、行業(yè)人力資本投入、行業(yè)資金資本投入及行業(yè)產(chǎn)出水平四方面對(duì)行業(yè)收入影響因素進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)建立收入水平影響因素四方面共14個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并構(gòu)建面板數(shù)據(jù)模型，本文得出如下結(jié)論：（1）行業(yè)收入影響因素對(duì)行業(yè)收入差距的產(chǎn)生具有直接作用。（2）同一影響因素對(duì)不同行業(yè)的收入水平產(chǎn)生不同的影響，四因素共同作用使得各行業(yè)擁有不同的收入水平。（3）各行業(yè)收入水平的影響因素不同，，控制行業(yè)收入差距應(yīng)對(duì)各行業(yè)分別控制，具體行業(yè)具體分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the gap between industry income and industry income has become a prominent problem in society , and it is one of the most important problems to control industry ' s income gap , which makes it meet the needs of social development . The gap of industry income becomes the focus of scholars ' research . This paper studies the gap between industry income gap and social development and industry income , and puts forward practical policy suggestion to control the income gap of industry . This paper discusses the changing trend of the industry income gap and the basic condition of the industry in recent years , and measures the income gap of the industry based on the industry - based factor , the weighted coefficient of variation , the Cuzniz ratio , the Terre index and so on . The results show that the income gap of our industry is in a gradually expanded state , and if it is not controlled , it will continue to expand and ultimately affect the growth of the economy and the improvement of the living standard of the people . This paper firstly evaluates the adaptability of industry income gap and social development in our country at present , which is beneficial to the development of society . The measurement of social development mainly depends on economic growth , people ' s living standard and resource environment . The paper constructs a fuzzy membership function coordination degree model to measure the coordination between industry income gap and social development index system . Finally , it is concluded that the gap between industry income gap and social development index system is not suitable for social development . This paper analyzes the causes of the income gap in the industry , and analyzes the causes of the gap of the industry ' s income . The paper studies the influence factors of industry revenue from the four aspects of industry monopoly , industry human capital investment , industry capital investment and industry output level .
