　　目的-人力資源是一個組織在工作場所執(zhí)行不同活動的重要組成部分,沒有這種支持就不能很好地執(zhí)行任務。人力資源的有效利用可以達成目標,而要有效利用人力資源可以通過員工保留的方式來實現(xiàn)。本文從人力資源管理、項目管理、職業(yè)健康安全意識、新技術適應等方面探討了影響項目成功的因素�，F(xiàn)狀是,高速公路建設項目組織的核心員工和人才正在流失。方法-本研究的重點是確定人力資源保留對巴基斯坦卡拉奇-拉合爾高速公路（KLM）項目拉合爾至阿卜杜勒-哈基姆（M3）高速公路成功完工的影響。通過收集參與該項目的104名調查對象（100名為定量分析,04名為定性分析）。然后利用SPSS軟件中的回歸函數(shù)和變量之間的關系對結果進行分析.結果-通過在SPSS中分析對項目成功的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)03個變量對項目中人力資源的保留有顯著影響。結果表明,人力資源管理、項目管理和培訓是影響員工保留的主要因素,此外,缺乏人才和對被錄用員工的培訓（軟硬技能開發(fā)）也具有重要意義。為了改善這一問題,離職面談將有助于關注離職員工,他們會提供更有價值的回應,以后可以用來留住員工,反之亦然。此外,質量管理或監(jiān)督在保留項目現(xiàn)場員工方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。再者,對最新...
