國家大力倡導(dǎo)一帶一路,鼓勵國內(nèi)富余和先進的產(chǎn)能走出國外。眾多中國企業(yè)抓住這一政策執(zhí)行走出去戰(zhàn)略。然而一帶一路帶來的不僅是新的機會,也是新的挑戰(zhàn)。一方面他們可以不斷去擴大其市場份額,增加公司應(yīng)收,提升國際化水平;另一方面,他們在走出過程遇到的跨文化溝通問題也實時縈繞在公司的發(fā)展之中。本文以TL公司的ADK項目作為案例進行研究。在ADK項目中,出現(xiàn)了溝通方式的沖突,法律規(guī)制制度的沖突,行為的沖突,管理方法的沖突以及解決問題的沖突。這些沖突導(dǎo)致了項目的延期和TL公司成本的增加,造成了TL公司,TL分公司以及客戶的不愉快。本文通過運用溝通管理的理論,霍夫斯泰德的文化維度分析的工具和項目管理學(xué)方面的知識來分析研究ADK項目中處理跨文化過程中出現(xiàn)的沖突。本文的主體結(jié)構(gòu)共分為六部分。第一部分是緒論,主要介紹寫作的目的,意義,研究的主題,研究的方法和文章的層次邏輯關(guān)系。第二部分是文獻綜述,概括了本文章中使用的基本概念,從三個方面研究之前的成果:項目管理,溝通管理以及跨文化溝通管理,提供了分析的理論依據(jù)和指導(dǎo)。第三部分是案例描述,向讀者介紹了TL公司的基本概況,TL公司的產(chǎn)品,以及其他美國子公司在ADK...
