【摘要】：以實(shí)踐社群為對(duì)象,研究實(shí)踐社群知識(shí)流動(dòng)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)。綜合考慮實(shí)踐社群知識(shí)流動(dòng)的過(guò)程、知識(shí)流動(dòng)的結(jié)果和社群成員對(duì)知識(shí)流動(dòng)的感知,從知識(shí)流動(dòng)水平、知識(shí)創(chuàng)新水平、知識(shí)運(yùn)用水平和知識(shí)感知水平4個(gè)方面構(gòu)建實(shí)踐社群知識(shí)流動(dòng)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。其中,知識(shí)流動(dòng)水平包括知識(shí)流動(dòng)頻率、知識(shí)流動(dòng)速度和知識(shí)流動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,知識(shí)創(chuàng)新水平包括知識(shí)擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)、知識(shí)重組效應(yīng)和知識(shí)集聚效應(yīng),知識(shí)運(yùn)用水平包括克服困難度、優(yōu)化流程度和改善質(zhì)量度,知識(shí)感知水平包括知識(shí)流動(dòng)和諧度、知識(shí)流動(dòng)安全感和知識(shí)流動(dòng)滿意度。同時(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)踐社群的特點(diǎn),采用二元語(yǔ)義多屬性決策方法,運(yùn)用熵權(quán)—離差最大化確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并通過(guò)SYC汽車企業(yè)技術(shù)中心具體實(shí)例,評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)踐社群的知識(shí)流動(dòng)績(jī)效,驗(yàn)證研究提出方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Taking the practice community as the object, this paper studies the performance evaluation of knowledge flow in the practice community. Considering the process of knowledge flow in practice community, the results of knowledge flow and the perception of knowledge flow by community members, the performance evaluation index system of knowledge flow in practice community is constructed from four aspects: knowledge flow level, knowledge innovation level, knowledge application level and knowledge perception level. Among them, the level of knowledge flow includes knowledge flow frequency, knowledge flow speed and knowledge flow intensity, knowledge innovation level includes knowledge diffusion effect, knowledge reorganization effect and knowledge agglomeration effect, knowledge use level includes overcoming difficulty, optimizing flow degree and improving quality measure, knowledge perception level includes knowledge flow harmony, knowledge flow sense of security and knowledge flow satisfaction. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the practice community, the binary semantic multi-attribute decision making method is adopted, and the entropy weight-deviation maximization is used to determine the weight of each index. Through the concrete example of SYC Automotive Enterprise Technology Center, the knowledge flow performance of the practice community is evaluated, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
