【摘要】：在網(wǎng)絡(luò)型、知識型和替代性的虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,集群企業(yè)間信任關(guān)系具有易碎性、獨立性和動態(tài)性�；隈R爾科夫狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移方程,建立了虛擬集群企業(yè)間信任關(guān)系的動態(tài)演變模型,并利用仿真手段分析了其動態(tài)演變特性。研究表明:虛擬集群企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的信任獨立于企業(yè)過去的行為,與企業(yè)現(xiàn)在和將來行為緊密相關(guān);集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)會加速信任關(guān)系的兩極分化,使持續(xù)采取優(yōu)良行為的企業(yè)信任關(guān)系快速上升、采取惡劣行為的企業(yè)信任關(guān)系快速下降。在此基礎(chǔ)上得出虛擬集群企業(yè)間信任機制優(yōu)化和集群發(fā)展的若干結(jié)論和政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the network, knowledge-based and alternative virtual network environment, the trust relationship between cluster enterprises is fragile, independent and dynamic. Based on Markov state transition equation, the dynamic evolution model of trust relationship between virtual cluster enterprises is established, and its dynamic evolution characteristics are analyzed by means of simulation. The research shows that the trust in the virtual cluster enterprise network is independent of the past behavior of the enterprise and is closely related to the present and future behavior of the enterprise, and the cluster network will accelerate the polarization of the trust relationship, make the enterprise trust relationship that continues to take good behavior rise rapidly, and the enterprise trust relationship that takes bad behavior decreases rapidly. On this basis, some conclusions and policy suggestions on the optimization of trust mechanism and cluster development among virtual cluster enterprises are obtained.
