【摘要】：企業(yè)是社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基石,企業(yè)家是創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)業(yè)的重要推動力量,促進企業(yè)家集群涌現(xiàn)對推動區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)發(fā)展、促進新企業(yè)創(chuàng)立和新知識擴散具有極為重要的意義�；趶碗s系統(tǒng)科學中涌現(xiàn)理論的分析表明,企業(yè)家集群涌現(xiàn)須具備非線性、自組織、非平衡性和多個吸引子等前提特征;元素效應(yīng)、結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)、規(guī)模效應(yīng)和環(huán)境效應(yīng)等則對企業(yè)家集群涌現(xiàn)性的形成機理具有重要影響�；诟偤喜┺哪Ｐ秃蚅otka-Volterra種群生長模型的分析,可刻畫企業(yè)家集群涌現(xiàn)的動態(tài)演化過程。企業(yè)家集群涌現(xiàn)性研究的核心是發(fā)現(xiàn)或創(chuàng)造涌現(xiàn)性,通過合理的系統(tǒng)管理和政策設(shè)計推動企業(yè)家集群涌現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Enterprises are the cornerstone of social and economic development, entrepreneurs are an important driving force of innovation and entrepreneurship, promoting the emergence of entrepreneurial clusters is of great significance to promote the development of regional innovation system, promote the establishment of new enterprises and the diffusion of new knowledge. Based on the analysis of emergence theory in complex system science, it is shown that the emergence of entrepreneur clusters must have the characteristics of nonlinear, self-organization, unbalanced and multiple attractors, while the element effect, structure effect, scale effect and environmental effect have an important influence on the formation mechanism of entrepreneur cluster emergence. Based on the analysis of competitive game model and Lotka-Volterra population growth model, the dynamic evolution process of entrepreneur cluster can be described. The core of the research on the emergence of entrepreneur clusters is to discover or create the emergence of entrepreneurial clusters, and to promote the emergence of entrepreneurial clusters through reasonable system management and policy design.
