【摘要】：以生命周期理論為框架,分析了創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟合作演進的生命周期及各階段動力因素,并引入了創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的主體維度和資源維度,探討演進過程中不同階段各主體的合作規(guī)律及資源利用狀況,構(gòu)建出創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟合作演進的三維概念模型,同時分析了該模型應用于成都高新區(qū)的成功經(jīng)驗,為創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的研究與實踐提供了系統(tǒng)科學的理論框架。
[Abstract]:Based on the life cycle theory, this paper analyzes the life cycle and dynamic factors of the cooperative evolution of innovation strategic alliance, introduces the main dimension and resource dimension of innovation strategic alliance, probes into the cooperation law and resource utilization of each subject in different stages of the evolution process, constructs the three-dimensional conceptual model of the cooperative evolution of innovation strategic alliance, and analyzes the successful experience of applying this model to Chengdu High-tech Zone. It provides a theoretical framework of system science for the research and practice of innovation strategic alliance.
