【摘要】：隨著世界市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的開放,企業(yè)集群已經(jīng)成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)體中重要的組成部分。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大背景下,企業(yè)集群表現(xiàn)出了強(qiáng)大的競爭優(yōu)勢。在國內(nèi),隨著改革開放,企業(yè)集群對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長有著功不可沒的作用,其中,企業(yè)集群對浙江省的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)尤為明顯。同樣,隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息時(shí)代的來臨,企業(yè)集群面臨的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營環(huán)境也變得越來越復(fù)雜,各種各樣可預(yù)見、不可預(yù)見的危機(jī)層出不窮。集群企業(yè)因其獨(dú)特的地理優(yōu)勢,具有很強(qiáng)的核心競爭力。集群企業(yè)可以降低生產(chǎn)成本、節(jié)約運(yùn)輸成本、共享資源優(yōu)勢。但同樣,集群企業(yè)要承擔(dān)比單個(gè)企業(yè)更多的危機(jī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。作為集群企業(yè),很容易出現(xiàn)“一榮俱榮,一損俱損”的現(xiàn)象。目前,大多數(shù)的企業(yè)集群普遍缺乏危機(jī)管理意識,缺乏正確面對及處理危機(jī)的態(tài)度。一旦發(fā)生危機(jī),企業(yè)集群往往采取“臨時(shí)抱佛腳”的態(tài)度,這種不科學(xué)的行為使得危機(jī)管理的效果極為不佳。本文主要研究的是企業(yè)集群內(nèi)生性危機(jī)中的傳染病危機(jī)。首先詳細(xì)分析了企業(yè)集群經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的各種傳染病危機(jī),通過對企業(yè)集群危機(jī)產(chǎn)生原因的詳細(xì)剖析,經(jīng)研究論證發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)集群危機(jī)傳播具有傳染性,其傳播原理與傳染病傳染的原理類似。因此通過建立傳染病模型對危機(jī)在集群企業(yè)的傳播機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究,找到危機(jī)傳播的規(guī)律,為集群企業(yè)有效及時(shí)地防范危機(jī)奠定基礎(chǔ)。最后對浙江省金華火腿企業(yè)集群質(zhì)量危機(jī)事件進(jìn)行全方位的研究,從而論證此模型的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。為今后企業(yè)集群提出合理規(guī)避危機(jī)的措施。
[Abstract]:With the opening of the world market economy, enterprise cluster has become an important part of the world economy. Under the background of economic globalization, enterprise cluster shows strong competitive advantage. In China, with the reform and opening-up, the enterprise cluster plays an important role in the economic growth of our country, especially for the economic construction of Zhejiang Province. Similarly, with the globalization of the world economy and the advent of the information age, the production and management environment faced by enterprise clusters has become more and more complex, and a variety of predictable and unpredictable crises emerge one after another. Cluster enterprises have strong core competitiveness because of their unique geographical advantages. Cluster enterprises can reduce production costs, save transportation costs, and share the advantages of resources. But similarly, cluster enterprises have to bear more crisis risks than individual enterprises. As a cluster of enterprises, it is easy to appear "both glory and loss" phenomenon. At present, most enterprise clusters lack the consciousness of crisis management and the attitude to face and deal with the crisis correctly. In the event of a crisis, enterprise clusters tend to adopt a "temporary attitude". This unscientific behavior makes the effect of crisis management very poor. This paper mainly studies the contagious disease crisis in the endogenous crisis of enterprise cluster. First of all, it analyzes in detail all kinds of infectious disease crises that often appear in the enterprise cluster, and through the detailed analysis of the causes of the enterprise cluster crisis, it is found that the transmission of the enterprise cluster crisis is contagious through the research and demonstration. The principle of transmission is similar to that of infectious diseases. Therefore, through the establishment of infectious disease model to study the transmission mechanism of crisis in cluster enterprises, find out the law of crisis transmission, and lay the foundation for the cluster enterprises to prevent the crisis effectively and timely. Finally, the quality crisis event of Jinhua ham enterprise cluster in Zhejiang Province is studied in an all-round way, and the practical significance of this model is demonstrated. Put forward reasonable measures to avoid the crisis for the future enterprise cluster.
