【摘要】：旨在揭示我國中小企業(yè)組織創(chuàng)新氛圍的架構(gòu)并開發(fā)測量量表。首先,采用扎根分析方法對6家企業(yè)的組織創(chuàng)新氛圍訪談記錄進(jìn)行分析,析出我國中小企業(yè)組織創(chuàng)新氛圍的初始架構(gòu)。其次,使用問卷調(diào)查法對析出的初始架構(gòu)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明,我國中小企業(yè)組織創(chuàng)新氛圍的基本架構(gòu)包括:企業(yè)家支持創(chuàng)新、組織創(chuàng)新制度、組織學(xué)習(xí)、組織凝聚力以及組織遠(yuǎn)景。最后,通過與西方企業(yè)和我國大型企業(yè)組織創(chuàng)新氛圍架構(gòu)代表性研究的比較分析,剖析了我國中小企業(yè)組織創(chuàng)新氛圍的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to reveal the structure of organizational innovation atmosphere in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and to develop Firstly, the paper analyzes the interview records of organizational innovation atmosphere of six enterprises by taking root analysis method, and analyzes the initial structure of organizational innovation atmosphere of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. Secondly, we use questionnaire method to test the initial structure of precipitation. The results show that the basic framework of organizational innovation atmosphere in small and medium-sized enterprises in China includes: entrepreneur support innovation, organizational innovation system, organizational learning, organizational cohesion and organizational vision. Finally, the characteristics of organizational innovation atmosphere of small and medium-sized enterprises in China are analyzed by comparing with the representative research of organizational innovation atmosphere of western enterprises and large-scale enterprises in China.
