核心高管參軍經(jīng)歷對(duì)企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)的影響

【摘要】:本文利用2010~2015年間中國(guó)上市公司數(shù)據(jù),分析核心高管的參軍經(jīng)歷對(duì)企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)的影響。實(shí)證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),具有參軍經(jīng)歷的核心高管在決策中更加激進(jìn),企業(yè)聘請(qǐng)參軍經(jīng)歷核心高管可以提升經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)、增加企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)水平,這種現(xiàn)象更容易發(fā)生在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性行業(yè)企業(yè),在非競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性行業(yè)企業(yè)中并不明顯。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),具有參軍經(jīng)歷的創(chuàng)始人在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)選擇中卻更加保守,在保持業(yè)績(jī)?cè)鲩L(zhǎng)的同時(shí)會(huì)尋求降低業(yè)績(jī)波動(dòng)性。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of listed companies in China from 2010 to 2015, this paper analyzes the impact of core senior executives' experience of joining the army on their risk-taking. The empirical results show that core executives with military participation experience are more aggressive in decision-making, and enterprises employing core senior executives with military participation experience can improve business performance and increase the level of enterprise risk taking. This phenomenon is more likely to occur in competitive industry enterprises. In the non-competitive industry enterprises are not obvious. Further research found that founders with military experience were more conservative in their risk choices, seeking to reduce volatility while maintaining growth.
