【摘要】：本文首先回顧了自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的內(nèi)涵和行為特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是指領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的行為動(dòng)機(jī)源于利己的需求以及自大的信念,分析了自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的前因變量,發(fā)現(xiàn)自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)主要來(lái)自領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的自戀型人格,同時(shí),社會(huì)文化和組織結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)也有一定的影響。之后,本文探討了自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的影響效果,包括對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策、下屬信任和非倫理行為的影響,指出了自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在組織中有個(gè)人利益高于集體利益、不體恤下屬等消極結(jié)果,也有工作動(dòng)機(jī)強(qiáng)和創(chuàng)新意識(shí)較強(qiáng)等積極作用,自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)組織業(yè)績(jī)的影響還需要進(jìn)一步的檢驗(yàn)。文中還提出了對(duì)自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行防范的五項(xiàng)管理對(duì)策,并對(duì)自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在我國(guó)未來(lái)的研究方向進(jìn)行了討論。
[Abstract]:This paper first reviews the connotation and behavioral characteristics of narcissistic leadership, finds that narcissistic leadership refers to the leader's behavioral motivation derived from self-interest needs and arrogant beliefs, and analyzes the pre-dependent variables of narcissistic leadership. It is found that narcissistic leadership mainly comes from narcissistic personality, and social culture and organizational structure also have some influence on narcissistic leadership. After that, this paper discusses the influence of narcissistic leadership, including leadership decision-making, subordinate trust and non-ethical behavior, and points out that narcissistic leadership has negative results such as individual interests higher than collective interests, uncompassionate subordinates, and so on. There are also positive effects such as strong job motivation and strong sense of innovation, and the influence of narcissistic leadership on organizational performance needs to be further tested. The paper also puts forward five management countermeasures to prevent narcissism leadership, and discusses the future research direction of narcissistic leader in China.
