【摘要】：如何促進(jìn)自身以及其它合作主體新能力開發(fā),間接促進(jìn)整個(gè)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)能力提升,是創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中核心企業(yè)關(guān)注的關(guān)鍵問題。以A機(jī)車及以其為核心的創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)為對(duì)象,運(yùn)用嵌入式案例研究方法,研究了核心企業(yè)主導(dǎo)的創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)新能力開發(fā)過程。結(jié)果顯示,核心企業(yè)主導(dǎo)的創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)新能力開發(fā)是一個(gè)跨邊界動(dòng)態(tài)過程,包含了能力差距清晰、能力開發(fā)與演化階段以及能力制度化3個(gè)階段。其中,在能力差距清晰階段,各合作主體與客戶在核心企業(yè)的主導(dǎo)下,跨越認(rèn)知邊界;在能力開發(fā)與演化階段,核心企業(yè)與各合作方協(xié)作創(chuàng)新,共同跨越認(rèn)知、社會(huì)和治理邊界;在能力制度化階段,核心企業(yè)承擔(dān)起知識(shí)集成與知識(shí)中介的任務(wù),為各創(chuàng)新主體間認(rèn)知邊界與治理邊界的跨越提供支撐,最終促進(jìn)整個(gè)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)新能力開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:How to promote the development of new capabilities of themselves and other partners, and indirectly promote the promotion of the capability of the whole innovation ecosystem is the key issue that the core enterprises pay attention to in the innovation ecosystem. Taking A locomotive and its core innovation ecosystem as the object, the development process of new capability of innovation ecosystem led by core enterprises is studied by using the embedded case study method. The results show that the new capability development of core enterprise-led innovation ecosystem is a cross-boundary dynamic process, which includes three stages: capability gap, capability development and evolution stage and capability institutionalization stage. Among them, in the clear stage of capability gap, the cooperation subjects and customers cross the cognitive boundary under the guidance of the core enterprises; In the stage of capacity development and evolution, the core enterprises cooperate and innovate with each partner to cross the boundaries of cognition, society and governance. In the stage of capacity institutionalization, core enterprises take on the task of knowledge integration and knowledge intermediary, providing support for the crossing of cognitive boundary and governance boundary among innovation subjects, and finally promoting the development of new capabilities of the whole innovation ecosystem.
