【摘要】：現(xiàn)代企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理具有資源配置、價值創(chuàng)造和參與決策功能,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理有助于完善社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制、建立和完善現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度、促進(jìn)企業(yè)提升核心競爭力。在新常態(tài)下,企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理模式面臨創(chuàng)新。本文從中國企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要、綜合國力發(fā)展的需要、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的戰(zhàn)略舉措和應(yīng)對國際形勢需要等方面系統(tǒng)分析了企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理模式創(chuàng)新的主要動因,對科技進(jìn)步、需求增加、資金支持與制度環(huán)境的不斷完善等實(shí)施初始條件進(jìn)行了深入探討,并從建立、實(shí)施企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、構(gòu)建企業(yè)STRIVE財(cái)務(wù)管理模式、升級企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)、進(jìn)行企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理評級等方面提出了企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理模式創(chuàng)新應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:The modern enterprise financial management has the function of resource allocation, value creation and participation in decision-making. Strengthening the enterprise financial management is helpful to perfect the socialist market economy system, establish and perfect the modern enterprise system, and promote the enterprise to promote the core competitiveness. Under the new normal, the enterprise financial management mode faces the innovation. Based on the needs of Chinese enterprises' development, comprehensive national strength development, strategic measures to change the way of economic development and the need to cope with the international situation, this paper systematically analyzes the main motivation of the innovation of enterprise financial management mode, the progress of science and technology, and so on. The initial conditions of implementation, such as increasing demand, fund support and continuous improvement of the system environment, are deeply discussed, and the establishment and implementation of the enterprise financial management standard system, the construction of the enterprise STRIVE financial management mode, and the upgrading of the enterprise financial management information system are carried out. Carry on the enterprise financial management rating and so on put forward the enterprise financial management mode innovation response strategy.
