宏海公司多品種小批量產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)管理優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:In today's society, although the commodity market gradually presents the situation of oversupply, but the demand at the end of the market has changed, consumers are paying more and more attention to the individuality of goods, and enterprises must adapt to this change in order to maintain and expand market possession. Multi-product, small batch production is a kind of production mode in which there are more types of products (specifications, models, sizes, shapes, colors, etc.) that are the object of production during a specified period of production, and each category of products produces a smaller number of production methods. At present, it is an inevitable trend to adopt multi-species and small batch production mode, which can realize the individual demand of consumers. Honghai Company mentioned in this paper is a company which mainly produces electronic components. At the beginning, the products are mainly used in household appliances. The order specification is single, the quantity of each order is very large, it is a typical mass production mode with few varieties. In recent years, due to the strategic adjustment of the Group, the development direction of products has been transformed from household appliance applications to industrial applications, such as the application in elevators and injection molding machines, etc. Because of the wide range of industrial applications, the customer base is dispersed and the specifications of orders are more. The number of single orders is small, with the characteristics of multi-variety and small batch production. The transformation of the mode of production of Honghai Company has a profound reference significance for the analysis of this paper. This paper will focus on the optimization of production management process and production management method under the environment of multi-variety and small batch production. Combined with the present situation of production planning and control, production organization and other management in Honghai Company, this paper analyzes the various links in the production management process of Honghai Company, finds out the factors that cannot adapt to the production environment of many varieties and small batches, and then applies BPR,MRP,JIT, in a targeted way. IE and other technologies and methods are improved in order to find the production management process and production management method which can better adapt to the multi-variety and small-batch production environment, and to enhance the competitive power of the enterprise, so as to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise in the complex and changeable market environment. This paper summarizes the management problems of the production mode of multi-varieties and small batches, ponders the key and difficult problems in the process of application, and puts forward the corresponding schemes and measures. In order to solve the actual problems in the operation of enterprises, meet the needs of the market, and at the same time improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
