【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,農(nóng)牧企業(yè)也不斷地接受著來自各方面的挑戰(zhàn)。而農(nóng)牧企業(yè)對于來自內(nèi)外部的影響因素直接制約著自身的發(fā)展,甚至關(guān)乎到企業(yè)的生死存亡。農(nóng)牧企業(yè)能否在不同環(huán)境中做出有效的、適當(dāng)?shù)年P(guān)于自身可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略是非常必要的。因而農(nóng)牧企業(yè)在發(fā)展的同時依據(jù)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變化,提出切實(shí)可靠的戰(zhàn)略思路,對每個農(nóng)牧企業(yè)都具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。遼寧昌圖SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)是一家集畜禽良種繁育推廣、畜禽生產(chǎn)基地建設(shè)、科技產(chǎn)品研究開發(fā)、畜禽屠宰分割加工于一體的大型農(nóng)牧企業(yè)。近年來,SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)在不斷加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代管理制度的同時,也在不斷完善內(nèi)部管理結(jié)構(gòu)。SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變是以"龍頭企業(yè)+生產(chǎn)基地+專業(yè)合作社+科研機(jī)構(gòu)"的經(jīng)營模式,這種模式帶動了眾多農(nóng)民依靠畜牧養(yǎng)殖發(fā)家致富。由于現(xiàn)階段該集團(tuán)不斷擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,造成一體化戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施在集團(tuán)的發(fā)展中然生眾多阻礙因素。SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)的未來發(fā)展與成長將受各種因素的制約。本文主要應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論對遼寧昌圖SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)進(jìn)行分析,首先從集團(tuán)概況、集團(tuán)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、集團(tuán)產(chǎn)品等方面分析了 SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,進(jìn)而利用PEST、產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境分析等工具分析了 SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)的外部環(huán)境。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用SWOT進(jìn)行了綜合分析內(nèi)外部的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會、威脅,從而明確了SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)的戰(zhàn)略選擇。而就其內(nèi)部環(huán)境而言,SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)公司的發(fā)展應(yīng)積極發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn),注意自身的不足,認(rèn)真分析缺點(diǎn)和不足的同時糾正和改進(jìn)。因此從SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境中的分析中制定戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向,經(jīng)過本文研究分析SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)應(yīng)貫徹執(zhí)行一體化戰(zhàn)略,并且主要從完善組織結(jié)構(gòu)、調(diào)整企業(yè)的資源配置與優(yōu)化等方面來實(shí)施。本文共分為五章:第一章緒論,研究背景及意義、研究方案及技術(shù)路線圖。第二章主要闡述了文獻(xiàn)綜述及企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論基礎(chǔ).第三章是對SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境(內(nèi)部和外部)進(jìn)行分析。第四章通過分析SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)存在的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會和威脅,然后制定出可行的一體化戰(zhàn)略。第五章是對SG農(nóng)牧集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施與保障提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises continue to accept the challenges from all aspects. The agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises directly restrict their own development and even the survival of the enterprises. It is necessary for agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises to make effective and appropriate strategies for their sustainable development in different environments. Therefore, the development of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises based on the changes of internal and external environment, put forward a practical and reliable strategic thinking, for each agricultural and pastoral enterprises have a certain practical significance. Liaoning Changtu SG Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Group is a large agricultural and animal husbandry enterprise which integrates the breeding and popularization of improved breed of livestock and poultry, the construction of production base of livestock and poultry, the research and development of scientific and technological products, and the division and processing of livestock and poultry slaughtering and processing. In recent years, the SG agricultural and animal husbandry group has constantly strengthened the modern management system, The development mode of SG Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Group is based on the management mode of "leading enterprise production base specialized cooperative scientific research institution", which has led many farmers to rely on animal husbandry to become rich. Because of the expansion of the industrial chain, the implementation of the integration strategy in the development of the group has many obstacles, and the future development and growth of the SG agricultural and animal husbandry group will be restricted by various factors. This paper mainly applies the relevant theory of strategic management to analyze the SG farming and animal husbandry group in Changtu, Liaoning Province. Firstly, the paper analyzes the internal environment of SG agricultural and animal husbandry group from the aspects of group general situation, group organization structure and group products, and then makes use of PEST,. Industrial environment analysis and other tools to analyze the external environment of SG farming and animal husbandry group. On this basis, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats by using SWOT, and then clarifies the strategic choice of SG agri-pastoral group. As far as its internal environment is concerned, the development of SG Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Group Corporation should give full play to its own advantages, pay attention to its own shortcomings, seriously analyze its shortcomings and deficiencies, and correct and improve them at the same time. Therefore, from the analysis of the internal and external environment of SG agricultural and animal husbandry group, we should formulate the strategic development goal as the guidance, through the research and analysis of this paper, we should carry out the integration strategy, and improve the organization structure. Adjust the resource allocation and optimization of enterprises to implement. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is introduction, research background and significance, research scheme and technical roadmap. The second chapter mainly elaborated the literature review and the enterprise strategy theory foundation. The third chapter analyzes the strategic environment (internal and external) of SG agri-livestock group. The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of SG agri-pastoral group, and then formulates a feasible integration strategy. The fifth chapter is to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to the development strategy of SG agro-pastoral group.
