【摘要】：質(zhì)量作為產(chǎn)品的核心,生產(chǎn)過程的質(zhì)量檢測(cè)環(huán)節(jié)顯得尤為重要,合理的質(zhì)量檢測(cè)與優(yōu)化模型是企業(yè)針對(duì)本身問題切實(shí)需要的。但是伴隨著消費(fèi)需求的變化,對(duì)質(zhì)量的要求與日俱增,同時(shí)對(duì)可靠性等其他方面有更高要求。而當(dāng)前企業(yè)對(duì)于質(zhì)檢環(huán)節(jié)存在倏忽、返工等資源浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象,并且在人力、財(cái)力、物力等方面沒有統(tǒng)籌計(jì)劃,不能使資源效益最大化。本研究通過利用TRIZ創(chuàng)新理論,從因果分析、矛盾、發(fā)明原理等多方面,集合工業(yè)工程中精益生產(chǎn)、生產(chǎn)線平衡等思想,為企業(yè)的質(zhì)檢環(huán)節(jié)提取了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和管理創(chuàng)新的優(yōu)化模型,并且為企業(yè)未來的潛在問題提供一定的解決流程,優(yōu)化企業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)這一核心方法,加快企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)更新?lián)Q代。
[Abstract]:Quality as the core of the product, the quality inspection of the production process is particularly important. The reasonable quality detection and optimization model is the practical need of the enterprise in view of its own problems. But with the change of consumer demand, the demand for quality is increasing, and there are higher requirements for reliability and other aspects. At present, enterprises waste resources such as evanescent, rework and so on for quality inspection, and there is no overall plan in manpower, financial and material resources, which can not maximize the benefit of resources. In this study, by using TRIZ innovation theory, from the aspects of causality analysis, contradiction, invention principle and so on, the ideas of lean production and production line balance in industrial engineering are collected. The optimization model of technological innovation and management innovation is extracted for the quality inspection of enterprises, and the core method of solving the potential problems in the future, optimizing the internal structure of enterprises and promoting innovation-driven, is provided. Speed up the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
