【摘要】:正公司不設(shè)戰(zhàn)略委員會,卻專門成立了"吃貨菜譜計劃常委會";老總不去給下屬KPI打分,卻對員工餐每一道菜做出5分制評價;員工餐食材絕對不允許使用不知底細的河魚、河蝦;所有蔬菜都要在醫(yī)官監(jiān)督下清水浸泡一個小時才能下鍋。朋友把我拉進了一個吃貨群,進去就看到一段文字——今天(10月23日)晚餐評價:雞湯5A;小青菜5A;蘿卜燉咸肉4A;帶魚4.5A;感覺:優(yōu)良。一打聽,是該公司的老板對員工食
[Abstract]:The company does not set up a strategic committee, but specifically set up a "foodie recipe plan standing committee"; Employees are not allowed to use fish or prawns of unknown size; all vegetables must be soaked in water for an hour under the supervision of a medical officer before cooking. Friends pulled me into a group of foodie and saw a piece of text today (October 23) for dinner: chicken soup 5A; small greens 5A; turnip stew 4A; ribbon fish 4.5A; feeling: good. It was the boss of the company who gave food to the employees.
