A電力集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)問題研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展大大加大了用電需求,促進(jìn)了我國電力企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。與此同時,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的不斷變化,電力行業(yè)改革的不斷深入,也使電力企業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程中面臨著巨大的市場競爭壓力,這是對當(dāng)代電力企業(yè)的挑戰(zhàn),電力行業(yè)的人力資源也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。長久以來,電力行業(yè)長期處于壟斷狀態(tài),人力資源管理較為傳統(tǒng),對員工培訓(xùn)的關(guān)注度較低,而要想使企業(yè)始終保持競爭優(yōu)勢,就必須有足夠的人才力量,所以,很有必要對電力企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)問題進(jìn)行深入研究。本論文首先采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法,梳理國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于員工培訓(xùn)相關(guān)理論的研究成果,為后續(xù)研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。接著通過對A電力集團(tuán)員工的問卷調(diào)查,收集基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),并對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分類整理分析,總結(jié)出A電力集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)存在的問題,如對培訓(xùn)的重視程度不夠、缺乏有效的培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)查、培訓(xùn)課程陳舊、培訓(xùn)效果評估不到位、培訓(xùn)資源匱乏和忽視員工個人成長需求。其次提出在企業(yè)當(dāng)下發(fā)展階段A電力集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)完善對策,包括建立重視培訓(xùn)的企業(yè)文化氛圍、加強培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)查、完善培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)置、改進(jìn)培訓(xùn)評估方式、整合培訓(xùn)資源和營造良好的人才成長環(huán)境。最后制定完善A電力集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)的保障措施。論文力圖通過對上述問題的研究和分析,為我國其他電力企業(yè)提供具有建設(shè)性和實踐意義的員工培訓(xùn)建議。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of modern economy has greatly increased the demand for electricity and promoted the rapid development of Chinese electric power enterprises. At the same time, with the constant change of market economy situation and the deepening of electric power industry reform, electric power enterprises are facing enormous market competition pressure in the process of development, which is a challenge to modern electric power enterprises. The human resource of electric power industry also faces enormous challenge. For a long time, the electric power industry has been in the monopoly state for a long time, the human resource management is more traditional, the attention to the staff training is low, and if the enterprise wants to keep the competitive advantage all the time, it must have sufficient talent strength, so, It is necessary to conduct a thorough study on the training of employees in electric power enterprises. This paper firstly adopts the literature research method, combs the domestic and foreign scholars about the staff training related theory research achievement, provides the theory foundation for the follow-up research. Then through the questionnaire survey to the A electric power group staff, collect the basic data, and analyze the data classified, summed up the problems of the A power group staff training, such as the degree of attention to the training is not enough. Lack of effective investigation of training needs, outdated training courses, inadequate evaluation of training effectiveness, lack of training resources and neglect of individual growth needs of employees. Secondly, the paper puts forward the measures to improve the employee training in the current development stage of the enterprise, including establishing the enterprise culture atmosphere that attaches importance to the training, strengthening the investigation of the training demand, perfecting the training course setting, improving the training evaluation method. Integrate training resources and create a good environment for talent growth. Finally, to establish and improve the A Power Group staff training safeguards. Through the research and analysis of the above problems, the thesis tries to provide constructive and practical suggestions for other electric power enterprises in China.
