A電力集團員工培訓問題研究
[Abstract]:The rapid development of modern economy has greatly increased the demand for electricity and promoted the rapid development of Chinese electric power enterprises. At the same time, with the constant change of market economy situation and the deepening of electric power industry reform, electric power enterprises are facing enormous market competition pressure in the process of development, which is a challenge to modern electric power enterprises. The human resource of electric power industry also faces enormous challenge. For a long time, the electric power industry has been in the monopoly state for a long time, the human resource management is more traditional, the attention to the staff training is low, and if the enterprise wants to keep the competitive advantage all the time, it must have sufficient talent strength, so, It is necessary to conduct a thorough study on the training of employees in electric power enterprises. This paper firstly adopts the literature research method, combs the domestic and foreign scholars about the staff training related theory research achievement, provides the theory foundation for the follow-up research. Then through the questionnaire survey to the A electric power group staff, collect the basic data, and analyze the data classified, summed up the problems of the A power group staff training, such as the degree of attention to the training is not enough. Lack of effective investigation of training needs, outdated training courses, inadequate evaluation of training effectiveness, lack of training resources and neglect of individual growth needs of employees. Secondly, the paper puts forward the measures to improve the employee training in the current development stage of the enterprise, including establishing the enterprise culture atmosphere that attaches importance to the training, strengthening the investigation of the training demand, perfecting the training course setting, improving the training evaluation method. Integrate training resources and create a good environment for talent growth. Finally, to establish and improve the A Power Group staff training safeguards. Through the research and analysis of the above problems, the thesis tries to provide constructive and practical suggestions for other electric power enterprises in China.
