【摘要】：減少貧窮是構(gòu)建小康社會的基本前提,也是國際社會關(guān)注的重要發(fā)展目標(biāo).如何通過創(chuàng)業(yè)途徑減少一個國家或地區(qū)的貧窮,是一個至今研究不是很多但極其重要的問題.政府部門及各類慈善機(jī)構(gòu)等對貧窮地區(qū)的幫助與支持是一種外在減貧模式,而創(chuàng)業(yè)減少貧窮是內(nèi)在地讓貧窮者的行為與態(tài)度從被動向主動轉(zhuǎn)變的一個過程.通過收集與分析國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)業(yè)與減少貧窮相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn),本文結(jié)合中國情景構(gòu)建了可持續(xù)性與內(nèi)生/外生性雙維度研究框架,對目前主流的6種創(chuàng)業(yè)減貧途徑進(jìn)行研究,試圖闡述與論證如何通過創(chuàng)業(yè)來減少貧困這一研究問題,并從實踐角度對可持續(xù)地、有效地通過創(chuàng)業(yè)來減少貧窮的問題提出方案與建議.
[Abstract]:Poverty reduction is the basic prerequisite for building a well-off society and an important development goal that the international community pays attention to. How to reduce poverty in a country or region through entrepreneurship is a problem that has not been studied much, but is extremely important. The help and support of government departments and various charitable organizations to the poor areas is an external poverty reduction model, and entrepreneurship poverty reduction is a process that makes the poor people's behavior and attitude change from passive to active. By collecting and analyzing the literature on entrepreneurship and poverty reduction at home and abroad, this paper constructs a two-dimensional framework of sustainability and endogenous / exogenous research based on the Chinese context, and studies six main approaches to poverty reduction of entrepreneurship. This paper attempts to expound and demonstrate how to reduce poverty through entrepreneurship, and puts forward proposals and suggestions on how to reduce poverty sustainably and effectively through entrepreneurship from a practical point of view.
