國內(nèi)外領(lǐng)導(dǎo)正直的研究綜述

【摘要】:近年,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)正直逐漸受到管理學(xué)界的重視。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)正直不僅強調(diào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)言行一致,而且重視其行為本身是否符合道德標準。本文主要從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)正直的概念、結(jié)構(gòu)維度與測量、影響因素和實施效果等方面,對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻進行梳理和評析。結(jié)果表明,學(xué)者對于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)正直的概念、測量還沒有形成統(tǒng)一的觀點,現(xiàn)有研究主要圍繞個體結(jié)果進行探析,零星地研究了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)正直的前因,而且跨文化的研究極其缺乏。
[Abstract]:In recent years, leadership integrity has gradually been valued by the management community. Leadership integrity not only emphasizes that leaders act in line with their words, but also values whether their actions are ethical. In this paper, the concept of leadership integrity, structural dimension and measurement, influencing factors and implementation results are reviewed and analyzed. The results show that scholars have not yet formed a unified view on the concept of leadership integrity, and the existing studies mainly focus on individual results, sporadically studying the antecedents of leadership integrity, and lack of cross-cultural research.
