【摘要】：本文針對當(dāng)前商業(yè)模式構(gòu)成要素及創(chuàng)新需求,運用類別思維、TRIZ理論中技術(shù)成熟度預(yù)測、資源分析、進化法則及商業(yè)價值評估多種方法的集成使用,對現(xiàn)有商業(yè)模式發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、構(gòu)成要素的關(guān)系、各要素所擁有資源的梳理等進行全方位分析。打破以往只關(guān)注商業(yè)模式本身的問題及發(fā)展,選取商業(yè)模式中價值主張和客戶界面兩個要素,結(jié)合中小學(xué)商業(yè)模式所呈現(xiàn)的特性,綜合使用多種創(chuàng)新方法,用動態(tài)發(fā)展的角度把握商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新,為商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新提供更多更豐富的路徑。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the elements of business model and the demand of innovation, this paper applies category thinking, technology maturity prediction in TRIZ theory, resource analysis, evolutionary law and business value evaluation to the present situation of business model development. The relationship between the elements and the resources owned by the elements are analyzed in all directions. To break with the problems and development of the business model itself, select the value proposition and customer interface in the business model, combine the characteristics of the business model in primary and secondary schools, and use a variety of innovative methods synthetically. Grasp the business model innovation with the angle of dynamic development, and provide more and more rich ways for the business model innovation.
