【摘要】：基于資源觀視角探討了聯(lián)盟組合伙伴多樣性對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的影響,以及創(chuàng)新搜索強度和聯(lián)盟慣例在兩者關(guān)系中所起到的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結(jié)果表明,多樣性的聯(lián)盟伙伴是企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動的重要來源;并且在聯(lián)盟組合資源向企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的轉(zhuǎn)化過程中,創(chuàng)新搜索強度和聯(lián)盟慣例發(fā)揮了調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of resources, this paper discusses the influence of the diversity of alliance portfolio partners on the innovation performance of enterprises, and the moderating role of innovation search intensity and alliance convention in the relationship between the two. The results show that the diversity of alliance partners is an important source of enterprise technological innovation activities, and innovation search intensity and alliance convention play a regulating role in the transformation of alliance combination resources to enterprise innovation performance.
