【摘要】：正《關于發(fā)揮民間投資作用推進實施制造強國戰(zhàn)略的指導意見》是對推進實施制造強國戰(zhàn)略和大力促進非公有制經濟發(fā)展兩方面政策的延續(xù)和突破,也是這兩方面政策的融合與深化2017年10月27日,工信部、發(fā)改委等16部門發(fā)布《關于發(fā)揮民間投資作用推進實施制造強國戰(zhàn)略的指導意見》(以下簡稱《意見》),提出通過一系列措施和保障,著力推進供給側結構性改革,破解制約民間投資的體制機制障礙,發(fā)揮民營企業(yè)在制造業(yè)領域主
[Abstract]:The guiding opinion on giving full play to the role of private investment in promoting the implementation of the strategy of a strong manufacturing country is a continuation and breakthrough of the policy of promoting the implementation of the strategy of making a strong country in manufacturing and vigorously promoting the development of the non-public sector of the economy. It is also the integration and deepening of these two policies. On October 27, 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the NDRC, and other 16 departments issued the "guiding opinions on giving full play to the role of Private Investment in promoting the implementation of the Strategy of making a strong country in Manufacturing" (hereinafter referred to as "opinions"). This paper puts forward a series of measures and guarantees to push forward the supply-side structural reform, break down the institutional and mechanism obstacles restricting private investment, and bring private enterprises into full play in the field of manufacturing.
