【摘要】：針對(duì)二維質(zhì)保產(chǎn)品的維護(hù)策略缺乏機(jī)動(dòng)性的問題,考慮到消費(fèi)者的個(gè)性化需求,以預(yù)防性維護(hù)次數(shù)和每次預(yù)防性維護(hù)的程度為決策變量,以制造商質(zhì)保成本最低為目標(biāo)建立了二維質(zhì)保產(chǎn)品的柔性預(yù)防性維護(hù)策略的優(yōu)化模型。結(jié)合算例,比較了無預(yù)防性維護(hù)和免費(fèi)提供柔性預(yù)防性維護(hù)服務(wù)兩種情況下所對(duì)應(yīng)的質(zhì)保成本,并分析了成本參數(shù)和質(zhì)保期邊界參數(shù)的變化對(duì)優(yōu)化結(jié)果的影響。研究結(jié)論顯示,在二維質(zhì)保政策中運(yùn)用合理的預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃,不僅可以顯著地降低質(zhì)保成本,又可以為質(zhì)保政策的設(shè)計(jì)提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of mobility in the maintenance strategy of two-dimensional quality assurance products, considering the individual needs of consumers, the number of preventive maintenance and the degree of preventive maintenance per time are taken as decision variables. The optimization model of the flexible preventive maintenance strategy for two-dimensional quality assurance products is established with the aim of the lowest cost of manufacturer quality assurance. Combined with an example, the cost of quality assurance in the case of no preventive maintenance and free flexible preventive maintenance is compared, and the influence of the cost parameters and the boundary parameters of warranty period on the optimization results is analyzed. The results show that the reasonable preventive maintenance plan can not only significantly reduce the cost of quality assurance, but also provide guidance for the design of quality assurance policy.
