【摘要】：人民幣匯率升值是促進(jìn)還是抑制了中國(guó)出口企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新?文章以2000~2010年的中國(guó)制造業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),嘗試使用DID方法全面考察人民幣升值對(duì)出口企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),人民幣升值顯著促進(jìn)了中國(guó)出口企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力提升,并且人民幣升值對(duì)出口企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的積極影響隨著企業(yè)出口強(qiáng)度的提高而增強(qiáng);引入企業(yè)異質(zhì)性的分析表明,人民幣升值對(duì)出口企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的影響受到企業(yè)融資狀況和企業(yè)規(guī)模的制約;進(jìn)一步地,文章全面考察了匯率的創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)在不同知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)程度地區(qū)的差異,發(fā)現(xiàn)良好的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)制度有利于強(qiáng)化人民幣升值對(duì)出口企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的積極作用。最后,通過將生存分析方法納入分析框架發(fā)現(xiàn):人民幣升值有益于延長(zhǎng)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新持續(xù)期,并且良好的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)制度可以增強(qiáng)人民幣升值對(duì)出口企業(yè)創(chuàng)新持續(xù)時(shí)間的積極影響。文章結(jié)論為客觀評(píng)估人民幣匯率機(jī)制改革的創(chuàng)新效果提供了微觀企業(yè)層面的證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Does the appreciation of RMB promote or restrain the innovation of Chinese export enterprises? Based on the data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises from 2000 to 2010, this paper attempts to use the DID method to investigate the effect of RMB appreciation on the innovation of export enterprises. It is found that the appreciation of RMB significantly promotes the innovation ability of Chinese export enterprises, and the positive impact of RMB appreciation on the innovation of export enterprises increases with the increase of export intensity. The analysis of the heterogeneity of enterprises shows that the impact of RMB appreciation on the innovation of export enterprises is restricted by the financing situation and the scale of enterprises. Furthermore, the paper investigates the differences of the innovation effect of exchange rate in different areas of IPR protection, and finds that a good IPR protection system is conducive to strengthening the positive effect of RMB appreciation on the innovation of export enterprises. Finally, by incorporating the survival analysis method into the analysis framework, it is found that RMB appreciation is beneficial to prolong the innovation duration of enterprises. And a good intellectual property protection system can enhance the positive impact of RMB appreciation on the innovation duration of export enterprises. The conclusion provides the evidence of micro-enterprise level for objectively evaluating the innovation effect of RMB exchange rate mechanism reform.
