【摘要】：如今處在計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的時(shí)代,利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)可以將多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)有機(jī)地結(jié)合,更加有助于設(shè)計(jì)者進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)能夠長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展的保障。在眾多的創(chuàng)新方法中,G.S.Altshuller提出的發(fā)明問題解決理論(TRIZ)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,特別是TRIZ理論中的ARIZ理論將設(shè)計(jì)理論和發(fā)明工具有效結(jié)合起來,使設(shè)計(jì)過程具體化,設(shè)計(jì)可以有章可循。ARIZ是TRIZ理論中高級(jí)工具,能夠?qū)⑻厥鈫栴}轉(zhuǎn)化為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)問題,有助于使用者走出思維定式、利用各種可利用的資源,讓解決問題步驟流程化。利用ARIZ可以解決發(fā)明創(chuàng)造中遇到的復(fù)雜非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)問題。但是由于ARIZ較為復(fù)雜,使得現(xiàn)在ARIZ的應(yīng)用更多的利用人工手段,創(chuàng)新軟件大多沒有將ARIZ囊括其中。因此,現(xiàn)今我們亟需解決的問題就是:將ARIZ理論清晰化、簡(jiǎn)單化;歸納合理的解決問題流程;設(shè)計(jì)適用于初學(xué)者學(xué)習(xí)與應(yīng)用ARIZ的軟件。本文通過對(duì)ARIZ相關(guān)知識(shí)的梳理和對(duì)相關(guān)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用軟件進(jìn)行類比研究,歸納總結(jié)ARIZ流程,使用戶更加容易找到解決問題方法;確定了創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的主要結(jié)構(gòu),在此基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)了基于ARIZ的創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),介紹了各模塊的主要功能和使用方法,使用者可以根據(jù)不同的問題選擇進(jìn)入不同的模塊。最后,通過系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證了本系統(tǒng)的可靠性與有用性,彌補(bǔ)了現(xiàn)有創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)在ARIZ方面的不足。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of computer technology, knowledge in many fields can be combined organically by using computer technology, which is more helpful for designers to carry out technological innovation. Technological innovation is the guarantee that enterprises can develop for a long time. Among the many innovative methods, the theory of problem solving proposed by G.S.Altshuller, (TRIZ), has been widely used. Especially, the ARIZ theory of TRIZ theory combines design theory with inventing tools effectively, which makes the design process more concrete. ARIZ is an advanced tool in TRIZ theory, which can transform special problems into standard problems, which is helpful for users to go out of their thinking patterns and make use of all kinds of available resources to make the steps of solving problems flow. Using ARIZ can solve the complex non-standard problems encountered in invention and creation. However, because of the complexity of ARIZ, the application of ARIZ makes more use of manual means, and most of the innovative software does not include ARIZ. Therefore, the problems we urgently need to solve are: clear and simplified ARIZ theory; inductive and reasonable problem solving flow; designing software suitable for beginners to learn and apply ARIZ. Through combing related knowledge of ARIZ and analogical research on related innovative application software, this paper sums up and summarizes the ARIZ process, which makes it easier for users to find solutions to the problems. The main structure of the innovative application system is determined. On this basis, the innovative application system based on ARIZ is developed. The main functions and usage methods of each module are introduced. Users can choose different modules according to different problems. Finally, the reliability and usefulness of the system are verified by the system application, which makes up for the deficiency of the existing innovative application system in ARIZ.
