自我監(jiān)控人格研究述評與展望

【摘要】:自我監(jiān)控人格反映了個(gè)體在關(guān)注外部情境和人際關(guān)系并以此調(diào)整自我呈現(xiàn)和表現(xiàn)行為的傾向和能力方面的差異,這一個(gè)體差異對人們在組織中的行為表現(xiàn)與績效產(chǎn)生重要影響。本文在闡述自我監(jiān)控人格概念和測量工具的基礎(chǔ)上,從態(tài)度與行為、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和工作績效三個(gè)角度對現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行述評,隨后構(gòu)建了一個(gè)自我監(jiān)控人格的系統(tǒng)性研究框架,提出了厘清自我監(jiān)控人格概念和內(nèi)涵、開發(fā)相應(yīng)測量工具、拓展研究內(nèi)容和層次、拓寬不同層次情境變量交互影響的建議。本文為國內(nèi)學(xué)者把握自我監(jiān)控人格在組織管理背景下的研究脈絡(luò)和未來研究思路提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Self-monitoring personality reflects individual differences in focusing on external situations and interpersonal relationships and thus adjusting the tendency and ability of self-presentation and performance. This individual difference has an important impact on people's behavior and performance in the organization. On the basis of describing the concept of self-monitoring personality and measuring tools, this paper reviews the existing literature from the perspectives of attitude and behavior, social network and job performance, and then constructs a systematic research framework of self-monitoring personality. Some suggestions are put forward to clarify the concept and connotation of self-monitoring personality, to develop the corresponding measurement tools, to expand the research contents and levels, and to broaden the interaction of situational variables at different levels. This paper provides some references for domestic scholars to grasp the context of self-monitoring personality in the context of organizational management and future research ideas.
