虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力作用機制研究

【摘要】:虛擬組織作為一種新興的資源連接及能力重組的組織模式,彰顯了其持續(xù)價值創(chuàng)新的優(yōu)越性。虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力是作用于持續(xù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中創(chuàng)新動力、創(chuàng)新過程、界面管理及組織學習的能力集合函數(shù)。首先,識別了虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)涵與本質,剖析了虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力形成機理;在此基礎上,通過梳理創(chuàng)新能力維度劃分相關文獻,并結合虛擬組織的本質屬性,對虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力作用點進行解構;最后,構建了虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力與持續(xù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)之間以及各能力之間的交互作用機制,旨在深化對虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的研究和認識,豐富并拓展虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新理論。
[Abstract]:Virtual organization, as a new organization mode of resource connection and ability reorganization, shows the superiority of its continuous value innovation. The ability of virtual organization to innovate continuously is a set of functions that act on innovation power, innovation process, interface management and organizational learning in sustainable innovation system. Firstly, the connotation and essence of the sustainable innovation ability of the virtual organization are identified, and the forming mechanism of the sustained innovation ability of the virtual organization is analyzed. On this basis, by combing the relevant literature on the dimension of innovation ability, and combining the essential attributes of virtual organization, this paper deconstructs the application point of continuous innovation ability of virtual organization. Finally, the interaction mechanism between virtual organization sustainable innovation ability and sustainable innovation system is constructed, which is aimed at deepening the research and understanding of virtual organization sustainable innovation ability. Enrich and expand the theory of continuous innovation of virtual organization.
