【摘要】：為完整、清晰、準確地描述企業(yè)核心能力,解決企業(yè)協(xié)作中的概念障礙,分析國內外相關研究對于核心能力的描述.基于EXPRESS建模語言及國際標準STEP(ISO 10303),MANDATE(ISO 15531),PLIB(ISO 13584),從核心能力本質出發(fā),描述企業(yè)核心能力并建立模型,解決之前存在從單一視角無法將核心能力描述清晰以及未能全面把握核心能力問題.可根據(jù)需求及實際情況對核心能力不同維度、不同程度進行描述,并根據(jù)概念、科學技術等因素的變化發(fā)展添加維度,使模型具有魯棒性、可拓展性和完善空間,避免此類原因造成的模型可利用性差及概念錯誤,為解決企業(yè)協(xié)作時的障礙奠定理論基礎.
[Abstract]:In order to describe the core competence of enterprise completely, clearly and accurately, and to solve the conceptual obstacle in enterprise cooperation, this paper analyzes the description of core competence in domestic and foreign related research. Based on EXPRESS modeling language and international standard STEP (ISO 10303), MANDATE (ISO 15531), PLIB (ISO 13584, this paper describes the core competence of an enterprise and establishes a model from the essence of core competence. It solves the problem that the core competence cannot be described clearly from a single angle of view and that the core competence cannot be fully grasped. Different dimensions and degrees of core competence can be described according to requirements and actual conditions, and dimensions can be added according to the development of concepts, science and technology, so that the model has robustness, expansibility and perfect space. To avoid the poor availability of models and conceptual errors caused by such causes, this paper lays a theoretical foundation for solving the obstacles in the process of enterprise cooperation.
