【摘要】：突破創(chuàng)業(yè)雙元性理論的局限性,以系統(tǒng)性視角提出"機(jī)會-資源一體化"新構(gòu)念,同時將創(chuàng)業(yè)歸結(jié)為機(jī)會與資源的整合行為,并將其分為內(nèi)、外兩種成長方式。基于此,運(yùn)用多組案例對比的研究方法,比較在不同機(jī)會類型下,企業(yè)內(nèi)、外兩種成長方式的差異性,揭示了機(jī)會-資源一體化的內(nèi)在運(yùn)行機(jī)理,并構(gòu)建了基于"機(jī)會-資源一體化"的創(chuàng)業(yè)流程圖。
[Abstract]:This paper breaks through the limitations of the dual theory of entrepreneurship, and puts forward a new concept of "opportunity-resource integration" from a systematic perspective. At the same time, entrepreneurship is summed up as the integration of opportunity and resources, and it is divided into two growth modes: internal and external. Based on this, this paper compares the differences between the two growth modes within and outside the enterprise under different opportunity types by using the method of multi-group case comparison, and reveals the internal operating mechanism of opportunity-resource integration. And constructed based on "opportunity-resources integration" entrepreneurial flow chart.
